Blinged up Bears star Devin Hester was spotted on a flight today from Chicago to Miami getting into a not so bling car owned by his girlfriend. Hester was pimped up in head-to-toe Gucci! The baller rolled out of the plane in South Florida in a Gucci hat, shoes and carried a Gucci tote bag and backpack. However, fans were baffled when they saw the high roller getting into his girlfriend's beat up jalopy after picking his luggage up from the terminal. "We couldn't believe this designer wearing famous football player was getting into such an old beat up jalopy," an eyewitness said. "We were in shock. There's no way he shouldn't be able to buy her a nice $30,000 BMW." Hester took pics with fans and told them that his Miami-based girlfriend was picking him up. Maybe the multi-millionaire superstar Bears player's New Year's resolution should be to find a way to spend his money on someone besides himself!

It's always breaking news to hear who was the first baby born into the new year, and this year it could be a famous tot. Celebrity A-listers Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotted rushing into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center early this morning but kept mum on their intentions. The couple who are parents to Violet, confirmed Garner's pregnancy in August but from the looks of her stomach she could pop any minute. We wish the couple the best of luck and can't wait to see pics of their new bundle of joy. Stay tuned for any details on Garner's labor and delivery.

Star magazine is reporting that Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden are already planning on having another child. Apparently, as the family celebrates Harlow's first birthday, Nicole is eating healthy and taking prenatal vitamins in preperation for baby no. 2. "Nicole simply told Joel that she wants another baby —right away," a friend confides to Star. "He was a little overwhelmed at first, but now he's with her 100 percent. They're both thrilled about adding to their family." But what about the rumors that Joel was being unfaithful to Nicole? The source addresses this, telling Star that the couple went through a "rough patch, but now things are amazing between them. Nicole knows it's because they're both so happy with Harlow, and she truly believes another baby will double their commitment." Yeah right! We saw the pics of Joel partying with Mischa Barton! William Balfour was officially indicted in a Chicago court earlier today for the murders of Jennifer Hudson's three family members. Balfour — the estranged husband of Jennifer's sister, Julia — was indicted on the same four counts he was formally charged with earlier this month — three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion. The murder suspect is currently being held without bond on a parole violation at Illinois' Stateville Correctional Center. He and his attorney deny his involvement in the slayings. We are glad that this case is being solved! I'm sure it will help Jennifer find some closure within herself. The singer will be making her first public appearance on Feb. 6 at a Grammy week event in Los Angeles

After a year of drama and heartache the Spears clan finally has something positive to celebrate: A wedding! Britney Spears' big brother, Bryan Spears, is newly engaged and set to wed possibly over the New Year's holiday, according to People.com. Bryan's fiancee, Graciella Sanchez, met the eldest Spears while managing the youngest sibling, Jamie Lynn, during her Zoey 101 days. Brit flew to Louisiana on Sunday with her boys Jayden and Sean Preston and plans to attend the nuptials. Let's hope this festive occasion kicks off a better year in 2009 for the Spears family!

Former NBA player Charles Barkley has been talking about running for governor of Alabama in 2014, but any hopes of that coming true were most likely squashed early this morning when Barkley received a DUI with Steve Urkel riding shotgun! The NBA Hall of Famer was pulled over for running a stop sign around 1:30 a.m. in Scottsdale, Ariz., police told E! News. According to the incident report, Lt. Eric Shuhandler sensed alcohol on Barkley's breath and administered standard field sobriety tests. At least Barkley cooperated with the police and didn't make a scene like most celebs would."He was cooperative and respectful during the entire incident," Shuhandler said. We're not sure what's worse, getting busted for a DUI or getting busted with Steve Urkel (Jaleel White) in your car. As the cops rolled up, can't you just hear Urkel saying: "Did I do that?" "They weren't with any girls," according to an eyewitness. "They just drank and minded their own business." Hm, that probably changed by the time they got to the next bar. The parties don't stop in between coasts either, as plenty of stars will ring in the new year in Miami and Las Vegas as well.
