Former President Bill Clinton claims he hasn’t seen the video of wifey, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, going ape shit after a student in Africa asked what Bill’s opinion is on an issue.

Inside Edition’s Les Trent asked Slick Willie if he’s seen the much publicized video of Hillary losing her cool.

“No, I haven’t,” Bill said.

I mean, really?! What could his excuse be? It’s not like he was in North Korea or something where there is no Internet, TV or contact with the outside world at all! Oh wait…

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made it clear to the world that now she’s the Clinton with the power position, and Bill won’t be stealing her thunder if she has any say in it.

During a press conference in Africa Monday a Congolese University student asked what her husband’s opinion is on an international economic issue.

“Wait, you asked me what my husband thinks? My husband is not the secretary of state - I am,” Clinton snapped. “You ask my opinion - I will tell you my opinion. I am not going to be channeling my husband.”

It turns out the poor student had asked what President Barack Obama’s opinion was on the issue, which clearly got lost through the translation.

There’s nothing Hill hates more than having Slick Willie overshadow her success and power. I firsthand saw her react the same way shortly after Sept. 11, 2001 when a member of the White House Press Corps asked her what Bill thought of the terrorist attacks as she was leaving a meeting at the White House. She turned around with a look that could kill and unleashed her wrath then saying, “I don’t know - call his office!”

After what Bill put Hill through during his eight years as president - you can kind of understand where her bitterness comes from. Hill should pull a cougar move and hire some young stud as an intern so they can call it even. We’re just saying…

Celebrities always do it up big time for New Year’s Eve and here’s the scoop on where some of them will be ringing in 2009 tonight.

New York City and it’s famous ball drop will play host to many famous names including exes Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift. The Big Apple will also be party headquarters for former President and first lady Bill and Hillary Clinton as well as Lionel Rtchie.

At NYC hotspot, Marquee, Mario Lopez will be hosting a soiree and you could rub elbows with the stud and his guests for a mere $165 a ticket.

Heading to the West coast for the new year? Try these hotspots to mingle with your favorite celebs.

Travis Barker and D.J. AM, who survived a fiery plane crash earlier this year, will ring in new beginnings with their performance at the Wilshire Theatre.

Also in L.A. Eva Longoria Parker will lay low at her restaurant, Beso, while Robin Thicke will perform at hotspot Area.

The parties don’t stop in between coasts either, as plenty of stars will ring in the new year in Miami and Las Vegas as well. Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan we’ll be at Mansion tonight for Sam’s spinning gig and Kid Rock will be rocking out at the Palms Playboy Club in Vegas baby.

Finally, Vince Vaughn will be partying it up in Chi-Town at a private party and we hear that celebs such as John Cusack and Chris Chelios will also be ringing in New Year’s in the Windy City!

I spoke way too soon!

The other week I wrote about a site that Bill Clinton’s former mistresses Paula Jones and Gennifer Flowers recently launched where they talk about their affairs with the former President. I also wrote about how I find it shocking that there have been no women who have come forward since the Monica Lewinsky scandal claiming to have had an affair with Clinton.

Well, I spoke way too soon.

In this week’s National Enquirer they expose one of Clinton’s recent mistresses socialite Julie Tauber McMahon who lives just five miles from the Clinton’s home in Chappaqua, New York.

As if that’s not bad enough, the magazine claims that after McMahon broke the relationship off with Clinton, he cheated non-stop while Hillary was busy campaigning.

Wow! Some things will never change. That man has issues!

Former President Bill Clinton’s former mistresses Paula Jones and Gennifer Flowers have started a new business together talking about Bill’s cock!

In case you don’t know, Hillary Clinton was defeated and Barack Obama won the US presidential nominating campaign. Cybill Shephard was a huge Clinton supporter and spoke out to Extra about the defeat, “I love Hillary Clinton…she’s a great woman…I believe she would make one of the best presidents in American history…all kudos to Hillary Clinton,” Shephard said with tears in her eyes. “I’d go to the ends of the earth for her. If Obama gets the nomination, when he does, I’ll go to the ends of the earth to have him nominated as well. But, Hillary Clinton has a special place in my heart.”

Shepherd’s most recent television role has been playing Phyllis Kroll on Showtime’s The L Word, in which her character comes out as a lesbian after having been married for 20 odd years to a man. Extra asked her to comment about the rumors that Lindsay Lohan is dating girlfriend Samantha Ronson and she said, “Whatever blows your skirt up, is an old expression, is fine with me.”

Should we take this as a sign that Lohan and Ronson are destiny???

Tom Hanks supported Barack Obama in a video message a couple days ago. Hanks supported Bill Clinton when he ran for president and he has also donated money to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

It seems like several stars in Hollywood are abandoning the Clinton bandwagon. However, Hanks was turned off by that family long ago. Hanks has expressed regret for donating money to Bill’s legal fund after he admitted to having an affair with Monica Lewinsky.

In 1998 he told New York magazine this:

“We gave 10,000 bucks very early on… In all honesty, in the light of events since, it would be awfully hard to say now, ‘Oh, here, let me help you out with this problem.’ “

Clinton is a huge Elton John fan and told Extra she can’t pick just one favorite song, “I’ve got a bunch of them. Your Song, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Candle in the Wind. There’s a song that’s an omen for the Pennsylvania primary, Philadelphia Freedom.”
