William Balfour Indicted In Hudson Murders!
William Balfour was officially indicted in a Chicago court earlier today for the murders of Jennifer Hudson’s three family members.
Balfour — the estranged husband of Jennifer’s sister, Julia — was indicted on the same four counts he was formally charged with earlier this month — three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion.
The murder suspect is currently being held without bond on a parole violation at Illinois’ Stateville Correctional Center. He and his attorney deny his involvement in the slayings.
We are glad that this case is being solved! I’m sure it will help Jennifer find some closure within herself. The singer will be making her first public appearance on Feb. 6 at a Grammy week event in Los Angeles

I hope he gets the maximum penalty for what he did to this family! Can’t wait to see Jennifer in her first public appearance, I really hope she is holding up through all of this.
