Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were spotted Saturday afternoon shopping at Chicago’s Bucktown area AKIRA Men’s store where Wentz picked up a long sleeve hoodie by Shades of Grey, a T-shirt by Juicy and a button-up shirt from Morphine Generation. The trendy couple then headed over to the AKIRA Women’s Shoe store where Simpson bought a pair of Steve Madden ankle boots.
The next night the twosome was already 1,384 miles away in Miami Beach enjoying a night at Ago Restaurant in the Shore Club.
Looks like Ashlee was having a good time! *wink, wink*
Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens hit up a Los Angeles McDonald’s over the weekend and had a hard time getting their order through. The paparazzi made the girls giggle by trying to order things such as guacamole for them, which McDonald’s clearly doesn’t carry!
Jack Nicholson graced the January cover of Men’s Journal. “The Bucket List” star talked about his fear of public speaking, lack of skills in love and relationships, and smoking pot!
Nicholson on his fear of public speaking: “You know, I’m phobically frightened of public speaking in a way that I find very unattractive. I get my household in a dither before such occasions. I call in everybody for their two cents. ”
Nicholson on being a big talker: “My newest motto is: Everything in addition to; nothing against. It applies more to sexuality. But, see, I don’t listen to myself; I just like to talk. I’m fairly bright, but I take everything I say with a grain of salt. ”
Nicholson on marriage: “Try to at least understand what in the name of conscience it is you’re doing in entering marriage, simple as that - something I obviously did not fulfill.”
Nicholson on getting older: “When I turned 70, it was the first time since 50 that I felt young for my age, literally.”
Nicholson on talking to his kids about pot: “I tried to hide the fact I smoke reefer from my youngest children. But I’ve been down to the schools, and engaged with the sensitivity groups, and realized there was no point in keeping it quiet as long as we had healthy discourse on the topic - the ups, the downs, the realities of it. And they knew it all anyway.”
Kevin Federline laughed it up over the weekend in Las Vegas with Brody Jenner and pal Frankie Delgado as they kicked off the New Year’s Eve weekend at LAX nightclub.

Even though some publications were very critical of recent photos taken of Jennifer Love Hewitt in a bikini on the beach, that didn’t intimidate her from posing in front of a tray of food in the name of charity! Love dished Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve to homeless people at the Los Angeles Mission on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles.
