After getting slammed by TMZ for a major fashion faux pas , Misha Barton sends haters to the left, Usmagazine.com reports.

Barton, who stepped out baring her midriff as well as her super-tight high-waisted yellow jeans, got grilled by the many Internet sites this past weekend.

“OMG! What happened to her?” screamed one fashion blog.

Barton laughed off the criticism when TMZ poked fun of her wardrobe choice on Monday.

“That was my Easter outfit,” she tells them. “You guys shouldn’t be photographing me if you don’t like what I wear!”

Before speeding off, she yelled, “Don’t hate on my yellow banana pants!”

Nicollette Sheridan slams former employer, Marc Cherry with a lawsuit!

Sheridan has filed a suit against Cherry claiming that he physically abused her on-set of the hit ABC show, Usmagazine.com reports.

The lawsuit filed Monday alleges assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination. Sheridan is asking for $20 million in damages.

The actress claims the dispute took place over a script on Sept. 24, 2008 when Cherry, “took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head.”

The lawsuit states that ABC did nothing to stop Cherry’s “extremely abusive and aggressive manner toward the individuals who work on the show,” and also reveals that when Cherry learned that Teri Hatcher made a complaint to ABC about his actions, he hit her back with a nasty comment.

“I hope Teri Hatcher gets hit by a car and dies,” he said.

A rep for ABC Studios says, “While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit.”

Either she ran out of money or they have one huge douche bag of a producer!

“She changed her number, so I can’t get a hold of her,” Cavallari tells E!’s The Daily 10.

At a recent MTV photo shoot, Montag showed up with four bodyguards and refused to pose for pictures with the rest of her Hills cast-mates. The plastic bitch appeared to be on some straight-up diva shit!

Montag recently began her own campaign to become the next blonde Tomb Raider, all of this comes after her brief cameo in a new Adam Sandler movie, Usmagazine.com reports.

“No one saw her because no one was allowed to speak to her,” Cavallari, 23, tells E!. “She didn’t take the group photo with us which was really disappointing.”

Surprisingly, K-Cav did have one compliment to dish to Heidi.

“Honestly, Heidi looks better in person.”

The cast has been gearing up for the final season of The Hills, which begins April 27.

Kate Gosselin failed yet again on Monday’s episode of Dancing With the Stars receiving a brutal score of 15 for her interpretation of the paso doble, Usmagainze.com reports.

Gosselin and her dancing partner Tony Dolovani performed their dance to Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi because “that song speaks to me,” Kate said in reference to the paparazzi that follow her every move.

To no surprise, Gosselin’s portrayal did not go well on the dance floor.

“There was no passion, drama, intensity. It wasn’t very good, Kate. Sorry,” judge Len Goodman said.

And to add salt to the wound, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli both chimed in agreeing with their fellow judge.

“Odd. It was very hard to watch … I don’t feel the emotion got to your face. That was very strange,” Carrie said.

Tonioli on the other hand didn’t hold back when it came to critiquing Gosselin’s performance!

“For once, you played the character — you had the look of the super bitch from hell!” The only downfall? “You looked like you were walking,” he told Gosselin. “Next time, dance!”

Despite the criticism, Gosselin said she enjoyed the “tone” of the dance as “it was a way for me to channel” anger with the paparazzi.

“They follow me, and I have to deal with that,” she explained after her dance, “so to be able to bring that out was actually pretty good.”

Pretty good for who? Maybe Kate should focus on her family instead of her atrocious dancing.

In her new book, the mother of two admits to giving into her cravings during her pregnancy.

“Throughout my pregnancy, I gave into every craving I felt,” she writes in Little Kids Big City: Tales From a Real House in New York City, in an excerpt published in the The New York Daily News. “When I wanted to have a drink, I did.”

In fact, Alex wanted a drink on the night she went into labor with her son, Francois, so… she sipped on champagne while Simon drove her to the hospital.

Watching Kate Gosselin on past episodes of Dancing With the Stars has been a pretty painful and uncomfortable experience. However, her partner, Tony Dovolani thinks this is her week!

“Paso Doble is going to be Kate’s best dance :)” Tony Twittered on Saturday. He added on Sunday, “Just finished camera blocking. Kate is doing a great job. I am looking forward to tomorrow :-)”

And while most mothers spend Easter morning with their families, Kate was up at 6:30 a.m. rehearsing for the dance.

“The kids woke up early to their Easter baskets on the kitchen table at their assigned places. I had already been up dancing for an hour and came upstairs at precisely 7:30 am to watch their faces as they dove into their overflowing baskets!” she blogged over the weekend.

After, the eight Gosselin children headed down to the basement to check out their mom’s routine.

“After they had all filled their bellies with a mixture of chocolate and jelly beans, I returned to the basement to complete my routine once more, and then in standard fashion, we danced our routine for the kids, who clapped and screamed ‘Do it again!’” Gosselin said.

However, while all seems good, recent reports claim that Tony is getting frustrated with all the rehearsal distractions, like Kate taking 90-minute breaks to get a mani-pedi. But Kate appreciates all of her partner’s patience blogging that he “deserves a medal” for helping console her nerves.

“About a year ago, I looked down and thought, ‘I have cellulite. Where did that come from?’” the former reality star says in the latest issue of Glamour.

She admits she “went through treatments” but just knew her body “was like, ‘It’s not going anywhere.’”

And while her cellulite made her a little nervous at first, Lauren has embraced it. Now her other fear… that’s a little shocking!

“I get very uncomfortable with people watching me,” she says. “And I know that sounds silly because of the show, but we were filming with people that we’d known for years, and it was a job.”

Looking back, Lauren admits one of the main reasons she left her reality show was to work on her budding relationship with My Boys actor Kyle Howard.

Since the cheating scandal, Bullock was no where to be found up until now.

On Wednesday, Bullock was seen at her Hollywood Hills home and later traveled Wednesday night to Homby Hills, where friend Gabriel Brener, chairman and CEO of Brener International Group, LLC, offered her a place to stay.

Brener lent her the home while he and his wife were on leave for vacation. The staff was notified that guests would be coming to their home and Bullock arrived with an unidentified man at around 6 p.m.

She stepped out into chaos — more then 20 paparazzi were camped outside!

While Bullock takes her time to take it all in, her cheating husband has entered a rehab center in Arizona and naturally is being treated for sex addiction.
