The Hollywood starlet reportedly broke down after seeing the newest E-Trade commercial ad featuring a “milkaholic” baby girl.
Lohan, who became “really upset” claiming the ad is mocking her, filed a $100 million lawsuit Monday ordering that E-Trade stop airing the commercial and hand over all copies to her.
Bitch is just now causing an uproar about this? The freaking commercial debuted during this year’s Super Bowl over a month ago!

“She said, ‘Mommy, help me. This is wrong. How can they do this?’”Dina Lohan tells the New York Post.
Dina adds, “They’re little babies doing this, mocking another child who’s just trying to survive Hollywood, basically.”
Dina truly believes the ad was directly targeted towards her daughter because unlike most stars, “Everyone knows Lindsay, like Cher or Madonna.”
Bitch please!
“I’m just basically glad I took a stand,” Dina said of the “horrible” and “mean” ad. “I’m not going to let them do this to us anymore.”
Not that it’s been proven that E-Trade is indeed poking fun at her, but didn’t Lindsay herself film a fake eHarmony commercial for Funny Or Die, in which she clearly jokes about her crazy antics?!
To quote the video, “I would define my personality as, creative, a bit of a night owl, I’m a workaholic, a shopaholic and according to the state of California, an alcoholic,” Lohan says.
Lindsay Lohan flew home to New York to spend Thanksgiving with her dysfunctional family!
Although LiLo is used to VIP treatment while in Long Island, N.Y., mom Dina put her coke-head daughter to work in the kitchen.
“Lindsay is making the garlic mashed potatoes. They are amazing!” Dina Lohan told People while taking a break from serving a Thanksgiving lunch to autistic and special needs community members at the Harbor Links Country Club in Long Island, N.Y. on Tuesday.
They’re amazing because Lindsay probably sprinkles a little white powder before giving those potatoes a stir! The Lohan family is probably high as kite after Thanksgiving din-din!
Little sis Ali also lent a helping hand.
“Ali is doing the stuffing and I’m doing the turkey and making sure nothing burns,” said Dina.
Before digging in, the Lohan’s spend a few moments sharing their thanks.
“We go around the table and say what we are thankful for,” said Dina. “I grew up with it and it’s just a Thanksgiving tradition we have going on at our house that we grabbed onto … We are so blessed and it’s important to share what we are thankful for, and not to take things for granted.”
They’re probably all thankful that Lindsay lived another year!
Looks like the phone conversations leaked by Michael Lohan regarding his out of control daughter are revealing a little more than just her close relationship with drugs and alcohol!
It appears that at the time of his untimely death in Jan. 2008, Heath Ledger and Lindsay Lohan were secretly dating, according to Lind’s mom Dina!
In a new recording at RadarOnline.com, Dina tells Michael that their daughter “was dating Heath when he died . . . I don’t know if you know that, but I know cause I would drop her off and they were friends, very, very close.”
How close? Did Dina sit in on their sexcapades?!
The Hollywood starlet didn’t take Ledger’s passing very well… in fact, “That f***ed her up,” Dina says.
Uhh, maybe the coke did too?
In the tape, Dina also says she worries that Linds is following in her once secret lover’s footsteps….
“When she’s drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking,” she tells her ex-husband on the tape.
Momma Dina also comments on Lindsay’s on-again, off-again relationship with Samantha Ronson, insinuating that her daughter’s too delusional to walk away from the unhealthy relationship!
“It’s very easy for a rational person to say. But for an irrational person who has a problem with her DNA and alcohol and Adderall and asthma and every other things she’s got wrong with her.”
Hmm, any chance Linds will go Twitter crazy against Dina for calling her irrational?! It would certainly make for an entertaining evening!
As usual, Lindsay has taken to her page to slam dad Michael for releasing old phone conversations to the press!
“He’s a deadbeat dad. He’s disgusting to do this,” she wrote Thursday morning, noting, “he needs help.”
Uhh, he’s not the only one who needs help! Look in the mirror after you snort that line of coke, Linds!
Momma Dina is just as upset over the matter! Her dad’s phone-tape leaks Wednesday, Lindsay says “really hurts my mom for me and my siblings.”
It’s no surprise that Lindsay’s life is a complete mess! Even through all the glitz and glamour, she’s been living a screwed-up life since she was little!
She recalls the troubled home life and marriage between her parents, and says of her mom, “She blames herself for staying w/him for so long.”
Although they needed out from Michael, Lindsay begged Dina not to leave because “he always threatened to kill her if she did.”
In addition to the threats, Lindsay adds that her dad would often disappear for several days, “cheating on my mother” and “abusing substances.”
Maybe Michael should start blaming himself for Lindsay’s drug addictive personality!
Though Lindsay has fought to keep quiet in the past, she’s not holding back this time around.
She Tweets, “It’s sad that I even have to share this w/everyone, but I haven’t had a real relationship w/Michael Sr. In years… I just hope I can show others how to be strong through times and to be able to stand up for yourself and loved ones no matter what!”
Twitter may be a great tool for social networking but we highly doubt it’s going to fix the Lohan family drama!
Lindsay Lohan has taken to her Twitter page once again to address her feelings regarding her looney-tune father, Michael Lohan!
Lilo went Twitter crazy after learning that dad Michael sought conservatorship over her, and that he’s also offered an entertainment TV show tape-recorded convos between him and ex-wife Dina, in which they discuss Lindsay’s dangerous ways!
“My father is a lunatic & doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me & my family,” Lindsay Tweeted. “He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars.”
Okay, so maybe we agree with Linds here… but it’s quite obvious that she’s unfortunately inherited that trait from her daddy!
Lilo also informed Twitter followers that little sister, Ali, is concerned and confused by their father’s behavior.
“It’s so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, ‘why is daddy doing this?’ Through tears. He’s crossed the lines & hurt me & my family 4 the last time,” Lindsay wrote.
Though Michael told the New York Daily News that Entertainment Tonight has set to air the taped phone recordings between himself and Dina, the TV show has yet to confirm such claims.
In fact, Dina and Lindsay are joining together in an attempt to prevent the tapes from being released to media outlets.
“We’re going to stop it from airing. He is in violation of my order of protection. My attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter, and a copy of my order of protection I have against him. He is now in violation of my criminal order of protection. He harasses me, and calls my cell phone, which he is not allowed to call,” Dina told People.com.
Looks like the Lohans are just trying to one up the Gosselins in the family drama department!

However, it wasn’t the scandalous dancers on stage that got Lindsay’s attention!
Lohan was caught hooking up with a guy at a house party in LA just days earlier, according to Life & Style.
“His name is Chris Jepson, and he’s British,” a source close to Lindsay revealed. “Lindsay’s mom, Dina, has even met him. He seems like a good guy. Lindsay’s family is very happy she’s moved on from Samantha Ronson.”
People at the party noted that at the extravaganza, Lindsay didn’t even seem heartbroken about her break up! In fact, “at one point, she took Chris’ hand and disappeared into the bathroom with him for 45 minutes,” says a partygoer. “People were knocking on the door, but she wouldn’t come out.”
Turns out, Lindsay met Chris recently at Bungalow 8 in London, where Chris is a manager. He flew into LA to be with Lindsay on the day of the house party, “but they had been texting for weeks,” says another insider.
Looks like Lilo and Sam really weren’t meant to be! Shocking…
In a recent interview with CYInterview.com, Michael Lohan is bashing daughter Lindsay Lohan’s“rude and vile” girlfriend Samantha Ronson again and also stating that Sam’s rates for her DJ gigs have quadrupled if Lohan is with her. He also says that even though he’s estranged from his daughter, he insists he’s on good speaking terms with ex-wife Dina Lohan.
He acknowledges that his relationship with Lindsay is currently stressed. “Of course it’s going to be stressed because I keep commenting about Samantha. But you know what? Like I said before, I am a father first at the risk of being distant from my daughter or whatever at times. I know Lindsay may get annoyed at me at times now or angry, but at the end of the day she’s gonna thank me like she has in the past.”
He thinks Ronson is a rude, vile, opportunistic former junkie. “I think we all know Samantha was a junkie for a long time. Look at her now. I mean just look at her. Look at the way she acts and behaves. Look at every time someone’s passing her and the press try to take a picture she gives them the middle finger. She’s rude. She’s vile. She really is. I don’t know. She’s just a dark…dark person.”
Lohan also claims that Ronson makes more for her DJ gigs if Lindsay shows up. “To take it a step further, Samantha was making less than $5,000 a gig when she was DJing. Now with Lindsay in her contract or if Lindsay shows up she gets $25,000. Why do you think Samantha doesn’t want to cut Lindsay loose? Why do you think the Ronsons aren’t pushing Samantha to leave Lindsay? Because they want their daughter to make the money.”
Finally, he says his relationship with Dina is great and the two get along so well that they sometimes laugh so hard they shed tears. “I can get on the phone with Dina now and we’ll laugh so hard and tears will come out of our eyes.”

While Lindsay Lohan has been laying low and venting about her family troubles on her MySpace blog, her mom Dina Lohan has been partying up with her son.
Dina, who constantly claims she doesn’t go out to nightclubs with her kids, took her just-turned-21 son, Michael, to 1Oak the other night to celebrate his being of legal drinking age, according to the New York Post.
There’s nothing wrong with a parent celebrating with their kids. However, this is just another example of a celebrity who is a complete hypocrite!
Michael Lohan is insisting that Lindsay Lohan and girlfriend Samantha Ronson are not engaged.
Rumors are have been flying since Lohan has been spotted out with a heart-shaped sparkler on her left hand; however, daddy Lohan and sources close to Linds’ mom, Dina say it’s not true, according to E! News.
“It’s all BS,” says her father, Michael Lohan, when asked if L.A. DJ Ronson recently proposed to his daughter. “It’s not true.”
A source close to Dina Lohan adds, “She said it’s just one of Lindsay’s cocktail rings, nothing more.”
Lindsay supposedly enjoys wearing flashy faux engagement rings on her wedding ring finger, because of all the attention and rumors that come from the stunt.
“It’s like her own personal joke these days,” the source said. “She slips a ring on that finger, then goes to a party and watches the rumors start to roll. It amuses her.”
This doesn’t surprise us, but a real engagement to Sam wouldn’t surprise us either. Also, we HIGHLY doubt that her estranged dad knows what’s going on with Lindsay, especially with her personal relationship with Sam!
