As we’re used to always seeing her paired up with a man or a twin, for the first time in a while, Mary-Kate Olsen is flying solo!

The actress turned fashion designer has split from boyfriend Nate Lowman, reports Usmagazine.com.

When asked if she and Nate are still a couple, her rep replies, “No, they are not. It’s been a while.”

The two began dating back in 2008 after meeting through mutual friends.

And while in 2009, tabloid rumors claimed the two were engaged, MK’s rep shot stories down, calling them “untrue.”

Mary-Kate flew solo over seas and is currently attending London fashion week.

No strangers to fashion, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are coming out with yet another clothing line!

The duo will produce a new mass-market line for J.C. Penny department stores, reports Women’s Wear Daily.

The collection, called Olsenboye, will include travel-themed sportswear for juniors and will be available in nearly 600 stores nationwide.

More detailed, the mid-priced line will feature several collections, each of which will highlight a different city of interest to the twins. The merchandise will include denim, bottoms, tops, dresses, skirts, shorts, jackets, handbags and shoes. Pieces from Olsenboye retail from $20 to $50 and are being designed to be mixed to create different looks. Sizes range from 0 to 15.

“It’s really important that Olsenboye serves lots of girls,” Liz Sweney, Penney’s executive VP and general merchandise manager, states. “It’s not just about girls size zero or one.”

Pieces from the line will hit select store shelves and the J.C. Penny website beginning in early November. The full collection will be available nationwide in February 2010.

In addition to Olsenboye, Mary-Kate and Ashley also helm high-end designer lines The Row and Elizabeth James, as well as their short lived girls’ collection at Wal-mart. Combined, these twins are worth an estimated $300 million.

There’s nothing a girl likes more than high-end fashion mixed with affordable pricing! Hopefully these girls follow through with a fabulous and economically savvy collection.

Mary-Kate Olsen’s rep has debunked a report that the twin movie star is pregnant.

“Mary-Kate is absolutely not pregnant,” her rep told Usmagazine.com on Tuesday.

According to the National Enquirer, rumors sparked that Full House alum had a bun in the oven when her weight shot up to a whopping 102 pounds.

So I guess what this really means is that she may not be anorexic anymore which is probably a bigger story anyway!

Rumors are circulating that Mary-Kate Olsen is pregnant.

The National Enquirer is reporting that the star is pregs, because she’s gained some weight and is now 102 pounds. Ha, perhaps she’s just healthy now?

“Mary-Kate has been looking a lot rounder recently. It is good she has put on weight, because she previously suffered from anorexia, but a lot of people think she could actually be attempting to hide her
pregnancy,” a source told The Enquirer.

The source also added, “Mary-Kate really took Heath’s words to heart. She wanted the same kind of fulfilment in her life that Heath found in his after becoming a dad.”

Mary-Kate has been dating New York artist Nate Lowman since the beginning of the year

“She is really happy with Nate and is very excited they will soon be starting their family together,”a source told The National Enquirer.

Mary-Kate did joke about being pregnant on the Conan O’Brien show recently. Maybe she was trying to tell us something. So…if the midget twin did have a kid, would that make her baby her Mini MINI me???

They have been looking well put together recently like they did yesterday at a signing for their new book, Influence, in Westwood, California.

During an interview with the , Ashley Olsen reveals that she turns into a “wreck” whenever she encounters the paparazzi.

“Honestly, I’m a wreck,” Olsen said. “Every time I see a camera, I’m a wreck. I don’t tend to react as though ‘I have to do this, it’s my job. I am reacting as a woman who is 5- foot-1 whose space is being invaded by a bunch of men whose aggression I can literally feel.

“In L.A. it is even worse because they are running red lights behind you, and I worry all the time about something terrible happening, someone getting hurt because of me, how I could ever possibly live with that. I can’t imagine what it would be like to have kids in the back seat and have to go through this and pretend for their sake that you are not scared.”

I feel bad for the Olsens only because, unlike so many other celebrities, they never chose to be stars. They were pushed into the business since they were children and really had no choice!

Mary-Kate Olsen was riding with a friend yesterday in LA when the driver accidently backed into another car while parallel parked.

While MK’s friend took care of the incident, she remained in the passenger seat with her hands covering her face as the paparazzi snapped away.

“Get out of the f*cking window!” Mary-Kate yelled at the paps. “Are you kidding me?”

To which the pap called himself an animal and more particularly, a cow. “I’m a cow,” the pap taunted. “Moooo!”

While Nicole Richie is home in L.A. caring for 7 month-old Harlow, it seems like baby daddy, Joel Madden is tearing up NYC.

Madden was in New York for Good Charlotte’s Aug. 12 concert at the Roseland Ballroom and had one special lady in the audience, and it wasn’t Ms. Richie. Nope, it seems that Mary-Kate Olsen was the rocker’s VIP and even got a personal escort to the tour bus after the show, where he was seen touching her shoulders.

After the intimate guided tour, the cozy twosome were spotted at NYC hotspot Black & White where they holed up in a dark corner of the bar. Across the country Nicole heard of the news and immediately called Joel, but it seems he was a little too busy to answer!

The fame hungry Spencer Pratt is at it again! He is defending his so called honor after Mary-Kate Olsen outted him on The Late Show with David Letterman for having a bad temper in high school.

Pratt responded to Mary-Kate’s comments today by blasting her to Usmagazine.com. “I don’t really get why she’d use my name to get press for her little Indie film that no one’s going to see. She should probably focus more on not getting dressed in the dark than on me,” Spencer barked.

Pratt also told Us, “I know I’ve made it in Hollywood when a famous troll is talking about me on Letterman.”

In case any of you out there were wondering if Mary-Kate would lose any sleep over this, no worries… Spencer has forgiven her already… sort of! “I forgive her though. She’s had to go through life as the less cute twin which must be tough,” Pratt said.

Ummm hello!!! He seems to be a little confused on his new found stardom. Spencer, just because you live in Hollywood doesn’t mean you’ve “made it”.
