Amy Winehouse is off getting into trouble yet again!

The 26-year-old Rehab singer has been charged with a “public order offense and common assault,” the Associated Press reports.

After what were assuming was a drug filled night, Winehouse was allegedly involved in a throw-down Dec. 19 at the Milton Keynes Theater following a performance.

Details regarding the incident have yet to be released but Winehouse supposedly went ape-shit on a theater staffer after giving a performer a hard time, the British press reports.

They tried to make her go to jail, she said, no, no, no…

Surprisingly, a cooperative Winehouse reported to the Thames Valley Police station with her attorney Wedesnday and got slapped with the bracelets! Crazy girl is now free on bail with a court appearance set for Jan. 20.

We give it a few days before Amy finds herself in yet another scuffle!
