Jon Gosselin is finally speaking out publicly about the verbal abuse he endured from soon-to-be ex-wife Kate!

In his first television interview since divorce papers were filed in June, the daddy of eight calls out estranged wife Kate for years of abuse!

“I took a lot of abuse from her. I was put down,” he says on ABC’s Good Morning America. “She’ll call me like, almost like a lame fish. Like I wasn’t going anywhere.”

We can definitely agree with Jon on this one! Everyone witnessed Kate’s uncalled for behavior on their hit TLC reality series, Jon and Kate Plus 8.

Additionally, Jon had no hesitation in addressing Kate’s fame whore antics when explaining how he’d be left with the kids while she’d be traveling the country!

“Well, excuse me, I’m taking care of the kids. She’s on book tours, she’s doing all these things. You know, she’s gone a week. You know, comes back. Packs up and leaves again,” he explained. “I’m standing there like, ‘Oh, OK. Your mom’s gone again.’”

Ahh snap! Hopefully Jon explained Kate’s rapid disappearances to the kids in a less bitchy way!

It’s no question that things have been heated since their split. All hell broke loose last month when police arrived to the family’s home in Wernersville, Pa., after Kate showed up unexpectedly when it was Jon’s turn to be with the kiddies.

Damn these two really need to get it together for the sake of their children! Who knows what the little ones are thinking when the po-po show up!
