Billy Bob’s Hot Mess Express Chugs Along!

It looks like Billy Bob Thornton is continuing to go down the same path of destruction as his Hollywood peer Joaquin Phoenix.
Thornton recently gave a bizarre radio interview , which was similar to Phoenix’s recent train wreck appearance on the Late Show with Dave Letterman. Phoenix, who is an actor-turned-rapper, went on to fight with a fan after he was booed at an attempted nightclub performance in Miami.
Now Thornton, an actor-turned-drummer, was booed on Thursday as he performed with his band, the Boxmasters, in Canada as an opening act for Willie Nelson.
A message on Nelson’s Web site Friday revealed that the Boxmasters were canceling their Canadian dates “due to one band member and several of the crew having the flu.”
The Boxmasters posted on their Web site that they will rejoin the tour on April 14 in Stamford, Conn., “after they’ve had time to recover.”
Or after Billy Bob has had time to sober up! There is definitely something fishy going on here…
