Jennifer Hudson’s in Therapy

Jennifer Hudson is seeing a therapist to help her cope with the brutal murders of her family.
Not only is she talking to a shrink, she’s also on medication.
“Jennifer is also on medication to help her from getting depressed,” a source told the National Enquirer. “She’s getting better, but her progress is slow, and she’s still very fragile.”
It took Hudson a while to get out of her funk. After the death of her mother, brother and little nephew, she laid in bed for days crying.
“After Jennifer watched them bury her family, she completely fell apart,” the source said. “She went back to her condo and lay in bed crying for days. She hasn’t been the same since.”
Her friends and family encouraged her to get back on her feet and to sing again.
“A family member sat her down and said, ‘You know your mother would not want you to throw away your singing career,’” continued the source.
“Jennifer knew that was true, and she seemed to perk up. Jennifer says she wants to be as successful as she can because she knows her mother is looking down on her. She wants to make her proud.”
Hudson is scheduled to sing at the Super Bowl on Feb. 1 and she was photographed smiling out and about in Florida a few days ago.
