Singer Christina Aguilera hosted a party in Las Vegas over the weekend to launch designer Stephen Webster’s 2009 collection.

Christina teamed up with Bombay Sapphire to throw the event which happened Friday night at TAO, according to etonline.com.

Christina was joined by her husband Jordan Bratman and the designer himself as she hosted an Asian feast for the jewelry industry’s elite. Christina is not only the face of Webster’s new collection but her wedding ring was also designed with the help of the designer himself.

It seems like just yesterday Christina Aguilera gave birth to her son Max, and now the little guy is turning one.

Aguilera and her hubby, Jordan Bratman, threw the tot a star studded first birthday bash on Saturday afternoon with a Where the Wild Things Are theme.

Pals Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and daughter Harlow were among the intimate group of 40 that celebrated at the casual backyard bash where surrounding trees were decorated in festive blue, green and pink balloons. A source also says that as a special treat the party was attended by costumed mythical characters from the book.

Aguilera made sure the birthday cuisine was kid-friendly too, offering guests to nosh on mini peanut butter-and-jelly sandwiches.

Christina Aguilera has a big show tomorrow night at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi where she “is expected to perform in front of an audience of 20,000. The concert will be the biggest-budget music production the country has ever seen with a 14-piece backing band, a light show and a fireworks display.”

In prep for the show, Christina held a press conference and said, “I am only here a few days but I plan to have a few nice dinners and possibly see what the night life has in store for us.

“The city is really building up. There are great places to eat, great night life as well as beaches. It seems to have everything to offer.”

I hope she doesn’t get too dirrrty for them!

Christina Aguilera might be a mother now, but the dirrrrty singer has no plans on changing her ways.

“It is important to show Max what mommy does. It is really important to me is that he is an individual and that’s why it is important for me to stay true to myself,” Christina told Metro. “If it happens to be raunchy so be it! It’s a matter of self expression to me.”

Little Max is only 8 months old so I hope he doesn’t see her raunchy side yet!

“I’m not going to take the safe route just because I had a child. Motherhood hasn’t changed me,” she revealed to Playlist. “I want to be the best mom I can be but I also want to show my son who I am as a person, not just this woman who changes diapers and breastfeeds.”

Christina Aguilera is like most other girls; she loves shoes. So when the Dirrty singer got pregnant and her feet ballooned two shoe sizes she was mortified!

“My stomach was really where I carried my weight. Toward the end of my pregnancy, I felt really big - I gained about 40lbs, which is a lot for my size,” Christina said. “My hips also changed significantly. And my feet grew from a size five-and-a-half to a size seven in flats!”

Now that she’s given birth to son Max Liron her feet have returned to her normal size and she’s thrilled to be back in her old shoes.

“Thank God my feet went back to normal,” Aguilera exclaimed. “I would have been so depressed if I had to get rid of my shoe collection!”
