A rock star line-up of A-list performers in the music business showed up for the World Music Awards last night, which was hosted super randomly by Jesse Metcalfe in Monte Carlo.
Seriously, how did Jesse score this gig? Has he even done a thing since appearing on the first few episodes of Desperate Housewives?

Beyonce and her sis Solange Knowles attended the EiGHT MiLLiON Ginza Gates store opening in Tokyo last night to promote her latest album I Am…Sasha Fierce. (Sasha is her alter ego who we see when she’s on stage! Love that she has the Jekyll & Hyde thing going on.)
I had to post this photo because I think she looks great and I love the dress she is wearing. Anyone know who the designer is?

Beyonce is about to start her world concert tour — and she’s bringing her little sister Solange Knowles along!
The 110-date concert is set to begin in April of 2009 and will hit cities in Canada, Europe, U.S., and Japan –just to name a few. It’s rumored that Solange will be accompanying Beyonce as her opening act.
Beyonce is set to release her third album I Am on Nov. 18 and Solange’s sophomore album SoL-AngeL and The Hadley Street Dreams is in stores now.
The Beyonce-Solange tour has not yet been confirmed, but we will keep you updated as details surface.

Olympic athlete Shawn Johnson proudly showed off her gold medal; Tom Cruise showed off daughter Suri; Carmen Electra looked beautiful; Kim Kardashian showed off her booty as usual and Solange Knowles posed for the paps.

Hollywood was rockin’ last night at the Avalon Club where “PEOPLE” and the Recording Academy hosted a party for the 50th Annual Grammy Awards.
