When Britney Spears arrived at the hospital early this morning it's reported that Britney said she was on Adderall, a drug used primarily to treat Attention Deficit Disorder, and was also taking up to ten laxatives a day. No wonder she wasn't sleeping. Adderall is basically like popping a pill of cocaine. Add all those laxatives to the equation and Brit probably couldn't catch a wink with all the time she was spending on the toilet!

If Lynne Spears gets her way Britney will be heading home to her roots in Louisiana. Britney obviously needs to get out of L.A. and away from her current lifestyle and mom Lynne has decided that as soon as Britney's released from UCLA Medical Center she's doing just that. Britney's lawyer, Michael Flanagan told PageSix.com “Lynne is extremely concerned for her daughter and would like to take Britney back home to Louisiana and get her out of Hollywood." “Lynne was holding up reasonably well, but her first priority and concern right now is with her daughter and helping her through this very tough situation that she is in,” Flanagan said.

Justin Timberlake is celebrating his 27th birthday today. Happy Birthday JT! Boots Girl BFF Jeff Davidson spotted Timberlake celebrating his birthday in NYC at Tenjune nightclub over the weekend. "He was bringing sexy back," Davidson said. Check out his Super Bowl commercial. There's a cameo by Andy Samberg who starred with Timberlake in the memorable SNL skit Dick in a Box. The commercial isn't quite as funny, but it's cute. BTW: The commercial was shot in JT's popular NYC restaurant Southern Hospitality, which is suppose to be quite yummy.

Jessica Simpson and Rihanna were both spotted in the streets of Manhattan last night looking healthy and happy! Rihanna will be visiting an H&M on 5th Avenue today to support Fashion Against AIDS by presenting her t-shirt design and signing autographs. “Supporting YouthAIDS through the Fashion Against AIDS campaign was a great way to encourage my fans to join me in the fight against HIV/AIDS," Rihanna said. "I love that H&M is providing a fashionable and easy way for young people all over the world to get involved in this worthy cause.”

Dr. Phil appeared on The View today, coincidently enough the same morning that Britney Spears was taken to the hospital for the second time this month. Spears is being held on a "5150" which allows hospital personnel to keep her there for up to 72 hours because she has been found to be a danger to herself and/or others. However, there's a possibility that it could be extended for up to 14 days. When asked if he was surprised to hear that Spears had been taken to the hospital again Dr. Phil replied, "Well, frankly no. I don't think it surprises anybody. All I've ever tried to do is help in this situation. I've always felt like and had offered to the family to help to get her into the hands of the right kind of professionals." "If that starts on the road to getting some intervention then that's a good thing," Dr. Phil added. Regarding the controversy surrounding his visit to Spears last time she was in the hospital Dr. Phil said, "How can you not help when a fellow parent calls?" He was of course referring to the call he got from Spears' mom, Lynne Spears. I wouldn't sit by the phone waiting for it to ring this time Dr. Phil!

Britney Spears met up with her paparazzo boy toy yesterday at Jerry's Deli in Studio City for some lunch. They were mobbed by paparazzi, which clearly doesn't seem to affect them these days. There's been speculation that Britney Spears had not slept for almost 60 hours before she was taken to the hospital early this morning. Manic! After lunch Spears and Ghalib were seen fighting about her right hand man, Sam Lutfi. Ghalib and Lutfi have been fighting for power over Spears for sometime now and it came to a head when both of them were at Spears' house at the same time. Britney chased after Ghalib and the two headed to a Beverly Hills hotel to talk privately about the situation.

Paramedics took Britney Spears BACK to the hospital early this morning. This time Spears willingly went to the UCLA Medical Center after her new psychiatrist called authorities today over her growing concern about Spears' erratic and peculiar behavior, according to TMZ. For this hospital trip, Spears' mother, Lynne, father, Jamie, cousin Alli Sims and paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib all followed the pop mess and her presidential motorcade style-police escort to the medical center. The FAA reportedly went so far as to clear air space over the route from Spears' house to the hospital in order to protect her privacy. Can you believe that? Spears' latest hospital trip is quite different from the last. The intervention had been planned for days in advance and this time around Spears was calm and cooperative. When she was told she needed to go to the hospital she said: "Is something wrong?" If Spears history repeats itself, I'm guessing she'll have one more dramatic trip to the hospital before she actually accepts help and takes treatment seriously. It was her third rehab trip that stuck. However, the best news out of the latest Britney ordeal is that her psychiatrist can go to court and have Spears held for 14 days. If that happens, doctors can force Spears to take the proper medications she needs. I feel like Britney Spears' life is like The Truman Show! How will it end?

Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo got on stage together with Metal Skool at the famed Key Club in Los Angeles Monday night. Romo rocked out to Guns N' Roses Sweet Child O' Mine while Simpson cuddled close to him. Check out the video above. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have yet to confirm that they are having another baby, but that hasn't stopped the speculation. The newest Brangelina rumor is that the sexy couple wants to sell the confirmation of their pregnancy and give the money to charity. They were successful in striking a deal for exclusive first photos of baby Shiloh, but brokering a deal to sell news of the pregnancy seems like a bit of a stretch! What do you think?
