Kid Rock had a very unselfish holiday by choosing to spend Christmas in Iraq entertaining our brave troops. Here’s what Rock said about his decision to go to the Middle East in a statement:

“This year for Christmas I wanted to make sure somebody was thanking our troops for their service, no matter what our views are on the current situation in Iraq. I could be spending Christmas with my family, but in my heart I know this is the right thing to do - not only for our men and women in service, but also to set an unselfish example for my son and send a strong message to the world to be thankful and think of others at Christmas time.”

President Bush made telephone calls to members of the Armed Forces on Christmas Eve who are stationed overseas, or who have recently returned from overseas locations, to wish them a Merry Christmas, and to thank them for their service to our Nation.

After Rosie O’Donnell bashed Donald Trump on The View yesterday Donald Trump has wasted no time firing back. Here are some of my favorite Donald-on-Rosie quotes:

“If Kelly doesn’t stay by her she isn’t going to find a new girlfriend. Even by a billion.”

“Maybe she’s jealous that Miss USA doesn’t like her and likes me.”

“Everything she touches turns to garbage.”

Trump told John Gibson on Fox News Channel today that his lawyers are pushing him to sue her. Trump added that no one has ever stood up to “bully” O’Donnell before and since he had “some extra free time” during this holiday season he figured he would. Tis’ the season!

Rosie O’Donnell and Donald Trump just refuse to stay out of the headlines this week. O’Donnell, once again, ran her mouth yesterday on The View. During a discussion about Trump’s decision to give Miss USA Tara Conner a “second chance”, O’Donnell went off on a Donald tirade. O’Donnell claimed The Donald went bankrupt and had an affair. In response, Trump said he is going to sue O’Donnell. “Rosie’s a loser. A real loser,” Trump said. “I look forward to taking lots of money from my nice fat little Rosie.”

It gets worse. In a taped video Trump called O’Donnell a fat slob and unattractive on the ouside and in.

Kiefer Sutherland turns 40 today! When the sexy 24 star was in town a few weeks ago he told me he’s been busy work long days on the 24 set. The new season premieres on Jan. 14.

Does anyone else think it’s weird that Justin Timberlake still goes off about ex-Britney Spears? When he came out with Cry Me A River, where he most likely is singing about Britney cheating on him, in 2002 it was totally understandable. Spears broke his heart and Timberlake obviously vented about it in his music. Well, almost 5 years later Timberlake is still singing about a girl who could be no one else besides Spears! I don’t know about Cameron Diaz, but if my long-term boyfriend was still singing about his ex from the Mickey Mouse Club days I’d be super annoyed! Check out Timberlake performing What Goes Around…Comes Around on SNL Saturday . It’s a great song and performance BTW. Just be sure to pay close attention to the words.

Finally I found some gossip on Galaxy Jones. This is what she told Extra earlier this week: “If I confess the truth, I’ve earned that diva image. It’s not something that I can hide from…I admit sometimes I have enjoyed the celebrity more than I should have…It was well earned, but it’s softened now. I’m tough, but in ways that benefit other people.” Wow! I am speechless. Star Jones is finally owning up to her DIVA behavior!
