According to recently released documents, a pharmacist had told Anna Nicole Smith the drugs prescribed by her internist to cope with her son’s death were “pharmaceutical suicide.”
In addition, the court papers filed by the State of California, claim that both Khristine Eroshevich and internist Sandeep Kapoor are being prosecuted for their prescription practices in Anna’s case, AND both crossed the line by having sexual contact with her!
The document, obtained by the L.A. Times, says three pharmacists refused to fill the prescriptions Eroshevich and Kapoor had written. One of the pharmacists even admits his initial reaction was, “They are going to kill her with this.”
The prescription Eroshevich had asked for, just five days after Anna’s son Daniel passed away, was two sedatives, 300 tablets of methadone, a muscle relaxer, an anti-inflammatory drug and 4 bottles of a painkiller.
As for the alleged sexual contact, authorities found photos of Anna Nicole and Eroshevich naked and embracing in a bathtub. And as for Kapoor? Authorities cite a video showing a shirtless Kapoor “kissing and nuzzling” Anna Nicole.
Ellyn Garofalo, the attorney for Dr. Kapoor, says “There’s been a misreading of the medical records. When all the facts are disclosed, they will show that Dr. Kapoor’s treatment of Anna Nicole Smith was in good faith and consistent with good medical practice.”
What a weird and unexpected twist to an already messed up story…
More than two years after the untimely death of Anna Nicole Smith, the first arrest has finally been made in the case.
Howard K. Stern, Anna’s one-time boyfriend and attorney, has been formally charged with conspiring to furnish drugs to Smith prior to her death, prosecutors said Thursday.
He was arrested and booked by police in Whittier, Calif., with bail set for $20,000, police records show.
The conspiracy counts allege that he conspired to provide controlled substances to Smith from between June 2004 and January 2007. He was also charged with “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict,” according to People.com.
We knew Stern was a scumbag from the beginning. First Stern falsley claimed to be Dannielynn’s father and now this. Wow!

Two of Anna Nicole Smith’s closest friends have written a bombshell book about blonde icon’s life.
Pol’ Atteu, Smith’s personal fashion designer and Patrik Simpson, President and founder of Network International Models and Talent wrote the book with never before published candid photos of Anna Nicole as well as details about her innermost thoughts and feelings.
In another bombshell revelation the authors suggest, like many other have, that Larry Birkhead is gay:
“After our first meeting with Larry Birkhead he gave us the impression that he was “family” displaying some unusual behavior by hitting on Pol’ and myself. His secret rendezvous there included spending quite a bit of time with a particular young and handsome male counselor. Regardless, he would later go on to become Dannielynn’s biological father.”
Atteu and Simpson displayed Smith’s deep love for her daughter Dannielynn with personal photos and said, “Anna used to sing to Dannielynn every night to put her to sleep. Her favorite lullaby was Lady In Red.”
The authors talk about the day they found out about Ann Nicole’s tragic death:
“I called Anna’s cell phone – no answer. Then I called Moe, the bodyguard’s cell phone to ask if Anna was okay. ‘No, no, man,’ he sobbed ‘She’s gone, she’s gone.’ ‘What do you mean?’ I asked, panicked. ‘She passed away. Anna’s passed away. She’s gone, Patrik, she’s not with us anymore. Anna passed away. She died.’
‘What? Are you kidding me?’ And then we heard Howard in the background crying uncontrollably. Then our phones started ringing non-stop. The press bombarded us and everyone wanted to know what happened. We dropped everything and left immediately for Florida. When we got to the hotel room, Howard was in bed. He was inconsolable and kept repeating, ‘I can’t believe she’s gone. What about Dannielynn? What’s Dannielynn
going to do without her mom?’ “
Atteu made Smith’s final gown that she was buried wearing:
“Pol’ said ‘Every stitch was a labor of love. My tears are all over that dress.’
“He made the heart design and embroidered pink silk flowers covered with Swarovski Crystals on the bust to symbolize Anna’s devastation over her son Daniel’s death. ‘She died of a broken heart.’ It took a day and a half to finish the gown, tiara, pillow, and the cover for the casket, but when it was done, he knew this labor of love would be exactly what Anna would have wanted. When everything was completed, Pol’ and Shelby returned to the Bahamas.”

TMZ is reporting that the magistrate in the Daniel Smith inquest will not be giving the jury the option to rule his death a homicide.
In a Bahamian court yesterday, the parties discussed four possible options as the cause of death for Anna Nicole Smith’s son — accident, “misadventure,” non-dependent drug use and an “open verdict.”
Oh really? Well, I think that’s Bullsh***!!!
I lived in the Bahamas for a month right after Daniel passed away covering the story and I had several sources in the Bahamian Government who firmly believed Smith’s death was a homicide. One even so boldly went as far to say that Howard K. Stern murdered him and warned that he will do the same to Anna.
Read this SHOCKING direct quote I wrote up in a file on Sept. 22, 2006:
“I believe Howard took the (Methadone) pills and crushed them up and put them in Daniel’s drinks. This was a homicide. Daniel was getting in the way of Howard’s plans. He wanted to get rid of him. Howard has control over and is manipulating her by keeping her drugged up. She does not know what is going on and a lot of money is at stake. Daniel did not do drugs. He was a good boy. I wanted to move fast with the investigation before witnesses were intimidated and evidence was tampered with. Howard told us a much different account of what happened the night of Daniel’s death than the story he told on Larry King. At the end of the day an innocent 20 year-old boy is dead. Where is the justice for Daniel? I want to see justice for him.” – according to a government official
So the latest in the Bahamas baby drama is that now Anna Nicole Smith’s mom is trying to block Larry Birkhead from taking his daughter back to the United States. She is also still trying to obtain partial custody even though she had no relationship with Anna. Seriously…Virgie needs to go back to her small town and fade away.
The DNA test results to determine who the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby may come back today. Here’s a photo of Smith with a tattoo on her back of herself with DannieLynn. (I never realized she got this tattoo till I saw this photo today!)
Creepy Fact: R.Kelly was the last guest to stay in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel room in Hollywood, Florida that Smith passed away in, according to a source. The R & B star checked into the presidential suite of the hotel for Super Bowl weekend. Kelly never made it to the big game on Super Bowl Sunday. He was instead rushed to a nearby hospital for an emergency appendectomy. Since he checked out of the room that Sunday, Smith checked in the next day and passed away in the same room a few days later. Yikes!
Meanwhile, the Boots Girls and I stayed in the Hard Hotel that week as well and checked out the day after Smith checked in. However, our new hotel friend, The Beet (we named him that due to his beet red face) hung out with Smith at the pool just days before she passed away.
Anna Nicole Smith’s autopsy results were finally announced this morning. Her death was ruled an accidental overdose. In the report, there was a combination of NINE drugs found in her body. I’m not convinced at all her or Daniel’s death was accidental. And have I mentioned before that Howard K. Stern is shady? SHADY!
My last and only conversation with Anna Nicole Smith and shady Howard K. Stern was two years ago at an Indy 500 party. Smith was a pleasure to interview. At the time I asked Smith if her and Stern were dating. “We’re best friends,” Smith told me. Then Stern chimed in: “She won’t have me.” EXACTLY! No sh*t Sherlock! Smith would not have Stern; he even admitted it himself. This explains why he won’t take a DNA test to prove he’s Dannie Lynn’s father. If he indeed was the daddy he would not have anything to hide and would take the damn test.
The tragic story of Anna Nicole Smith’s life and death is very close to my heart. Last year, after Smith’s son, Daniel, passed, I lived in the Bahamas for almost a month covering the case. One of my Bahamian government source’s words have haunted me ever since I returned to the States. “Anna Nicole’s life is in danger,” my source told me. “She will be murdered just like Daniel was.” This source investigated Daniel’s crime scene, his body and saw the autopsy results. “There were enough drugs in him [Daniel] to light up a Chrismtas tree,” the source said. My source firmly believes Daniel’s death was no accidental overdose and at the time my source predicted Anna’s death. I really hope there will be justice for Daniel and Anna!!!
