Daniel Smith’s Death Ruled An Accidental Overdose
Anna Nicole Smith’s son Daniel’s has been officially ruled an accidental overdose.
A Bahamas jury deliberated for hours today and the panel of seven recommended that no criminal charges be filed regarding Daniel’s death.
Daniel, 20, passed away on September 10, 2006 and many thought that Anna Nicole’s shady baby daddy Howard K. Stern had something to do with it.

Well I’m glad it’s put to rest. I still don’t trust that Howard K. Stern though.

I’m glad it’s finally over too. I also think that even if no one is criminally liable for Daniel’s death, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t those who have some moral or ethical responsibility.
