Hulk Hogan Suing Lawyers in His Son’s Car Crash Case

Hulk Hogan is fairly familiar with the world of legalities; however, he’s turning the tables by attacking the lawyers who kept his son out of jail!
The Hulk filed a lawsuit on Monday against two attorneys, Morris “Sandy” Weinberg Jr. and Lee Fugate from the Zuckerman Spaeder LLP lawfirm for cheating him out of over $1.5 million. These were the men who defended Hogan and his son Nick Bollea follwing Nick’s 2007 car crash.
According to the new suit against the representation, Hulk’s automotive insurance company Progressive was obligated to cover all legal costs. However, the two lawyers allegedly failed to notify him of this and continued billing Hogan for the extreme costs, reports Foxnews.com.
Hogan also claims that Progressive attempted numerous times to communicate with him over the incident, but the lawyers did not notify him about the letters. By the time he was aware of his entitlements, he claims the relationship with the insurers had been “terminated.”
“It is common knowledge throughout the legal profession experienced in such matters, especially in the area of insurance defense litigation and personal injury law, that automobile insurance policies include the aforementioned duty to defend the insured, as well as any permissive user, should a civil suit arise or the possibility of a civil claim exist,” the lawsuit stated. “Defendants made no effort to advise of this important fact. Defendants were further aware, or should have been, that Bollea had no experience in the area of insurance.”
So now, in his 44-page suit, the Hulk alleges that he not only handed out oney for 17 months until reaching a point where he “couldn’t afford” the fees anymore, but he was additionally billed unawares for time spent on the case by paralegals.
“The charges made by Terry Bollea are simply baseless. The Bollea’s came to Zuckerman Spaeder under very difficult circumstances. Both Terry Bollea and his son faced the threat of criminal prosecution and civil litigation. Zuckerman Spaeder, working with a co-counsel, achieved a very favorable result in the criminal case,” a rep from the firm explained in a statement. “We absolutely dispute and will contest the claims made against us.”
Hogan is suing for unspecified damages and Progressive declined to comment on the incident.
How ungrateful! Is the Hulk aware that the passenger in his son’s accident was juust released from the hospital after suffering from serious brain damages?! From his son’s reckless driving?!!! Get over the money asshole and just be happy your lawyers kept your loser son out of jail.
Reality-TV stars Hulk Hogan and his wife Linda have finally reached a settlement in their divorce case!
It’s taken them long enough! They’ve been at each other’s throats for the past year!
The two finally announced on Tuesday that they’ve agreed to the terms of the split after a brief hearing in Clearwater, Florida.
“We’ve reached a marital settlement agreement,”Ray Rafool, Linda’s attorney, told the judge.
It seems as though the Hulk has had a change of heart and wants to put the feuding to rest. He and Linda have gone back and forth criticizing each other ever since their split, which caused extreme tension among the entire family.
“Hulk is looking forward to moving on with his life and is very hopeful that he and Linda can maintain a friendship and work together as parents to their two children,” Hogan’s rep said in a statement to Usmagazine.com.
Of course the terms of the agreement were not made public, but according to 2008 court filings, the couple’s net worth was listed at between $26 million and $32 million.
That’s totally all due to Hulk’s wrestling career because we all know Linda hasn’t done shit besides tan her body 24/7 and do whatever it takes to emulate her 21-year-old daughter, Brooke.
Hulk and Linda were often seen arguing after court appearances but the mood was certainly different on Tuesday. The two were spotted smiling and at one point Linda actually kissed him on the cheek.
“The war is over,” Linda said after the hearing.
Now they can finally live their separate lives! Linda can go back to screwing Brooke’s former classmate and doing lines of coke, while the Hulk fantasizes about doing their daughter!

This time, for making supposed false accusations regarding him ”smoking joints” with their daughter, Brooke!
This family continues to bash each other left and right.
Just last week, Brooke told celeb blogger Perez Hilton that people ”have told” her that her mother is doing drugs, and that her underage boyfriend (oh and did we mention, Brooke’s former classmate!), Charlie Hill, is ”the epitome of losers.”
Hmm, we’ll agree with that… but we think the Hogan clan belongs in that category as well!
It’s one thing to shoot back at your ex-husband, but Linda doesn’t even hold back when it comes to her own kids!
”Brooke has always had a problem telling the truth, including that her breasts are natural” she told Hilton in response to her daughter’s remarks.
What a great mom! Outing your own daughter in an attempt to make yourself look better is pathetic! The Hogan’s Know Best??? Apparently, not so much.
Although both parties are pretty messed up, Hulk is willing to do whatever it takes to prove that Linda’s allegations are complete bullshit.
”In terms of the ongoing divorce suit, Hulk Hogan and his legal team would gladly take Linda up on her offer to submit to a legally supervised drug test and certainly Terry would do the same. We believe the results would speak for themselves and reveal that Linda’s idea of a good time would definitely not be appropriate for Mass or a family restaurant,” Hulk’s lawyer, David Houston said in a statement to Usmagazine.com.
When will the allegations regarding Hulk and Brooke doing each other surface?! We might just believe that!
Hulk Hogan is going through a nasty divorce with wife Linda Bollea but he told Access Hollywood, “As crazy as that sounds to say, I wish I was still with my wife.”
The Hogans appeared to be such a loving, wholesome family on their show Hogan Knows Best but things quickly spiraled downward beginning with Nick’s car accident. When news of the divorce hit the media it was widely reported that perhaps Hulk and Linda were splitting to protect their assets after a law suit was filed by the family of John Graziano who was permanently injured in the car wreck.
“If this is a ploy, her being intimate with a 19-year-old kid is pretty good acting. For me to be able to handle… my 50-year-old wife sleeping in a bed with a 19-year-old boyfriend and using my gym, and driving my cars, and living in my house,” Hogan said. “I guess we’ve got a pretty good act going on ‘cause that’s a lot to take on.”
Finally, Hogan claimed it was Linda who initiated the divorce. “It wasn’t an argument, it was, ‘Hey, I don’t love you, I don’t want to be with you, I don’t want to see you anymore.’ It was the real deal,” Hogan explained.
Hulk Hogan has received some very threatening voicemail messages and they’re allegedly being left by Frank Grazianio, John Grazionao’s brother.
John is the guy who was in the car with Nick Hogan when he crashed last August and is still in the hospital in a coma.
In the messages Frank makes threats to Hulk, including his “whore daughter and your whore wife” and goes on to say he’s going to “pee on your and your families grave”.
Ouch.
Near the end of the tape Frank said, “Every Marine, every gangster, every low-life, every crack-head and every scumbag gets to be looking for you and your little f*cking kid, your little homosexual son.”

That’s right! Linda Hogan showed up to the Palm Place Hotel & Spa opening in Vegas Saturday night with this mystery hunk. Okay, so he may not be a mirror image of her son, Nick, but there’s definitely some similarities! I realized your mother is your mother. Your father is your father. Nothing is thicker than blood. No matter how angry, sad or depressed you are, your family will always love you no matter what. We are all human. Yes, I’m still hurting very deeply inside, but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m not saying I will get over this in a week, month, year or ten years. I dont know when It will be. But you must always respect your father and your mother. Always love them. My parents made me and my brother from pure love…thats all I need to know to live. Nothing will ever change how much I love my family. I just realized the longer you cease to forgive, the more you miss them, and the more it hurts you inside. I have a wonderful, angel of a brother…and I have two amazing parents. I mean AMAZING. I know mistakes have been made. And I have no doubt there is major guilt that carries with that… But no mistake ever made in a persons life changes real love. We may not be a perfect family, we may not be living in a house together, but I’m positive we will all love eachother till death. Thats all that matters to me. You can have money, fame, cars, clothes, but youre naked without the people that love you. I don’t know where this blog will go next. But I hope everyone sees it, maybe it will help someone else in need…

Hogan’s wife, Linda, filed for divorce from their 20-year marriage last Tuesday. A reporter called Hulk a few days later inquiring about the divorce and Hulk had no idea!
The couple stars in the VHI reality-TV show “Hogan Knows Best” with their two children Nick and Brooke.
They seemed like a cute and happy couple. Maybe stress from their son’s recent car crash has caused tension in their marriage. Hopefully they can work their problems out!
