Now that Kate Hudson’s romance with A-Rod has burnt out, she’s rekindling an old flame… with Owen Wilson!

“They hadn’t seen each other for some time, but when things took a turn for the worse with Alex, Kate got in touch with Owen. They are reestablishing their friendship — we’ll see what happens,” an insider tells In Touch.

It appears that Owen is sitting on the back burner and always ready to make nice with Kate after a new fling doesn’t work out for her. The insider explains that before splitting for good in April 2009, Kate and Owen had been playing the on and off again game for awhile.

“They know each other really well. They were talking about getting married at one time,” the insider says. “Their friends also think there are unresolved feelings between them. There’s something there.”

Hmm, sounds like Kate just doesn’t want to be alone and runs back to Owen every-time her ass gets dumped!

Alex Rodriquez AKA A-Rod and Kate Hudson are indeed DUNZO! The two are apparently two self-absorbed to handle each other!

After their six-month relationship, an A-Rod source tells Usmagazine.com that Hudson’s less-than-subtle presence at Yankee games was “a turnoff” to Rodriquez.

“[Hudson] wanted more camera time each and every game,” the pal tells Us. “She would always want to be styled before games and she’d insist on front-row seats.”

The pal describes her motives as more of as PR stunt than just a loyal supporter.

“It was a turnoff to have a girlfriend who always wanted to be on camera,” the source explains. “Alex wanted someone who was more interested in building a long-term relationship than just building their profile.”

Uhh, A-Rod really doesn’t have any room to talk when it comes to being the center of attention. Dude has self portraits hanging from his bedroom ceiling… can’t get much more self-absorbed than that!

“He broke up with her over a week ago,” the source insists, but explains that they continued to spend time together publicly after the fact. “Alex wanted to end this relationship well over a month ago,” but due to Hudson’s upcoming premieres and promotional events, “He felt that would be counterproductive and unfair to her.”

The A-Rod pal says that Hudson tried to give Rodriguez “an ultimatum” and to “fast track” the relationship.

“He’s just coming off of a 13-year relationship with his ex-wife and a recent divorce,” the friend explains. “He has two lovely children with his ex-wife, and that requires a certain amount of responsibility. She gave him ultimatums that a newly divorced father can’t meet.”

This friend is totally contradicting himself! First he says that A-Rod’s interested in building a long-term relationship and then explains how he wasn’t up for taking it to the next level with Kate!

While A-Rod’s BFF may not be feeling Kate, he admits that things ended maturely between the two of them.

“They’re two mature adults. She did take the relationship seriously, and he has a lot of respect for her. They had some really wonderful times together.”

If things ended amicably, A-Rod surely can’t appreciate his buddy running his mouth bashing Kate left and right!

Although the couple themselves haven’t officially broken the news, rumor has it that Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez are calling it quits.

According to a HollywoodLife.com source, the couple is “totally over.” The story broke after A-Rod took a weekend vacation to Miami where he reportedly appeared “VERY single” while hanging with a posse of women. Meanwhile, Kate was flying solo in New York to promote her new flick Nine.

“Kate and A-Rod broke up,” the source insists. However, there’s been no confirmation or denial from either Kate or A-Rod’s reps.

The couple started dating back in May, and just recently in an interview with David Letterman Kate called A-Rod “a nice guy” adding that it “was a really fun summer.”

Well we don’t wanna jump to conclusions, but our bet is that this playboy just couldn’t keep it in his pants… not even for a knockout like Kate Hudson. You may have won the World Series buddy, but you’re about to lose your girl.

“If you had a bubble above their head, they’d be thinking about game scores, masturbation, and food,” Hudson said.

Hudson talked about her other passion in life too: alcohol!

“I love my glass of wine. I love tequila,” Hudson said. “To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage! I’m not sure I’ve ever done that.”

The new issue of Us Weekly reports that new GF Kate Hudson has attempted to put an end to his egotistical ways!

An ex-girlfriend admitted that A-Rod used to have portraits of himself hanging directly over his bed!

Um, that must make for an awkward sex session!

“He was so vain,” his ex tells Us Weekly. “He had not one, but two painted portraits of himself as a centaur. You know, the half man, half horse figure?”

“It was ridiculous,” she added.

Though Kate claims to fixing his blown-up ego, she continues to talk about their adventurous sex life!

“They love sex!” a friend tells Us Weekly of the couple who began dating in May. “They talk about it all day. Kate gets graphic talking about his body, even to her parents.”

Not only has Hudson made herself quite comfortable in boy toy Alex Rodriguez’s home by crashing there even when he’s on the road, she’s also telling friends she’s ready to walk down the aisle with him!

“Kate’s always at his New York apartment, even on the days when he’s on the road,” a source told In Touch Weekly. “She’s made herself quite comfortable in his life.”

Woah…calm down Kate! Have you moved in your stuff too including loading up his bathroom with feminine products and showing him pictures of what your future children will look like by using Photoshop like you did in your role in How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days?! You’ve only dated A-Rod for a day practically - you better take it easy there little Miss. Fatal Attraction.

The source goes on to say that Kate feels ready to be the next Mrs. Rodriguez…

“Kate has become very serious about him,” the source said. “Kate seems to feel that she’s the next Mrs. Rodriguez, but it’s unlikely that it’s headed toward marriage for him. He’s taking it slow and seeing where it goes.”

Sounds like she’s bound to scare him off any second now unless she backs off a little. Kate didn’t you learn anything from all the romantic comedies you’ve filmed?! LOL!

Jessica Alba could be in BIG trouble!

The star got caught on camera taping posters of Great White sharks to a bridge in Oklahoma City, as well as other city property. The posters were advertising the species’ declining numbers, and according to the Associated Press, the police are investgating the situation.

“I got involved in something I should have had no part of,” Jessica recently announced in a statement. “I realize that I should have used better judgment, and I regret not thinking things through before I made a spontaneous and ill-advised decision to let myself get involved with the people behind this campaign. I sincerely apologize to the citizens of Oklahoma City and to the United Way for my involvement in this incident.”

Jessica is currently in Oklahoma City filming The Killer Inside Me with Kate Hudson and Casey Affleck.

Oklahoma City spokeswoman Kristy Yager estimates the damage to be between $500 and $700 which fortunately is not enough to earn Jessica jail time if she were to be charged for the crime.

Jessica Alba? Really?! She’s the last person we’d expect to get involved in a criminal act!

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are reportedly engaged!

“Kate and Owen don’t feel the need for flashy engagement rings, they’re planning to tie the knot in June,” a source said according to Behind Blondie Park.

The couple began their relationship in 2006 and they’ve been on and off since then. They decided they were ready to commit after enjoying a romantic holiday together in France in February.
