I am heading to Kuwait to do a show for the troops, then back in the studio. I love you all and am so blessed by the support and love you show me everyday!!” xoxo jess
Scarlett Johansson is patriotic and wants to do something about it. People.com learned the USO just announced that Johansson is going to entertain the troops in the Persian Gulf as part of a five day tour. Johansson will reportedly visit military installations, greet fans, sign autographs and interact with the troops themselves.
“This USO tour to the Gulf region truly means a lot. I’ve wanted to go over and visit for some time, and now my moment has arrived,” said Johansson.
“It’s one thing to reply to a letter or extend your thanks to service members in a speech, but it’s another thing to visit them and spend time with those that do so much for us back home,” she added.
Gavin DeGraw left this message for this troops. Check it out!
You can do the same for free by dialing the above toll free number. I just left one.
Leaving a message for the troops is the least those who are not out there fighting for this country can do. I know my thoughts and prayers are always with them and it felt great to say it! I hope they get my message.
The Freedom’s Watch organization put out this ad to thank the U.S. Troops for their service and NBC refuses to run the ad because it’s “too political”.
WTF! I’m sorry, but there’s nothing political about supporting the troops who are defending our country.
I think that’s shameful!

Even though he is a celebrity, he is not too cool for school to serve his patriotic duty. This footage just came in of CPL Kermit the Frog serving in Iraq. “Even though she is devastated by his absence, Miss Piggy is very proud of her Kermy,” according to a source. The Boots Girls wish Kermit the best of luck in Iraq and a safe return home!
The Boots Girls are HUGE supporters of our troops, especially the men and women in Iraq. We wanted to give a shout out to our reader Taylor Williams in Iraq. Thanks for supporting us! If you have any photos of loved ones in Iraq send them on and we’ll try to post a military photo once a week! E-mail them to me at liz@lizcrokin.com.
