Ex-Hills star, Jason Wahler is currently being held in a Washington jail!

“Yes, he’s in our facility,” an official at the Yakima County Jail confirms to Usmagazine.com.

The loser was booked on charges of assault and minor drinking in Seattle on Sept. 25, and was transferred to Yakima County Jail four days later.

“He will serve 120 days in jail but could get out after 80 days for good behavior,” an official told RadarOnline.com.

And believe it or not, but this isn’t the first time Wahler has gotten in trouble with the law.

Back in 2008, a judge ordered him to pay $5,000 to a tow truck driver whom he punched in the face and used racial slurs against in 2006.

Additionally, he spent 18 days in jail in 2007 after getting arrested on charges of assault and criminal trespassing for wrestling in the lobby of a Seattle Marriott hotel.

And to continue the drama, that same year, he was picked up by police twice! The first time in Greenville, N.C. for underage drinking and resisting arrest, and then again in NYC for resisting arrest and bribery.

Yikes! Looks like Lauren Conrad got out of this dead end relationship before things got brutal. What a loser…
