Pete Wentz’s Round One-TWO Punch In Chicago
Looks like Pete Wentz got into his second fight over his weekend trip back to the Windy City. During his last trip to Chicago a few months ago he left Bucktown’s Debonair Social Club with a bloody nose, my sources told me at the time.
Last night, it appears Wentz may have left a fan a bloody mess after the Fall Out Boy performed at Schuba’s. We’re still trying to confirm details, but here’s one fan’s personal account of the bloody brawl:
“Your boy Pete Wentz jumped a heckling fan tonight at Schuba’s during a private performance Fall Out Boy put on as part of a Honda Civic and Diesel promotion. A fan in the crowd was heckling Pete about Ashlee Simpson and her ‘lack of appearance’ at the show. The two went back and forth in a fairly harmless manner for a couple of minutes. After the show was over, (only about 6 acoustic songs—great by the way) Pete went up the guy and punched him twice. His bouncers finished the job. Not only was the fan taken down, but the bouncers continued beating him well after it was over. The sad part is that, what I would call, a very good performance, was tainted by a needless beating. It was sad too that no cops or ambulances showed up. Fans were shocked at what they had just witnessed.”
