Another Chicago Jersey Shore Appearance CANCELLED!

Another week, another Jersey Shore Chicago appearance cancelled!
Last night, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola cancelled her club appearance at McFadden’s for the second time this month! The sweetest bitch you’ll ever meet and cast-mate and then boyfriend, Ronnie Margo, backed out of their appearance earlier this month when they had to fly to Los Angeles last minute to film for The Jay Leno Show.
This time around it appears that Sammi ditched out on Chicago to spend some quality time snuggled in her bed! The Jersey Shore star, who spent the last few days in LA for big time press, arrived home in New Jersey Thursday morning, and before getting her rest on, this:
“Just got home.. passing out so exhausted!”
While Sammi says she was getting her nap on, her management says the McFadden’s appearance was cancelled due to bad weather. Funny, because flights were going out of New York City yesterday!
This is the fifth time a Jersey Shore cast member has backed out of a scheduled Chicago appearance and it’s getting ridiculous! Not only are fans of the show disappointed but so are the venues bringing in these reality-TV stars.
“Twice we have had Jersey Shore cast members booked (sammi and ronnie on 2/4 - cancelled because of Jay Leno and now 2/25 just sammi). We understand that working with celebs is hard and their schedules are full. However, the public make them who they are, so it is THEIR JOB to appear at these events/venues. We (several bars that have booked them in chicago) spend countless dollars and hours on promoting and advertising: Radio, print (in and hour of house), man power, grass roots etcetc. Not to mention the creditability of our bar! We look like a non creditable bar…like idiots who can’t host an awesome event…and it’s not even our fault! We work so hard to make sure our guests have the absolute best time and get a full experience here. Having her cancel here not once, but twice is just a huge slap in the face. And her tweet tonight says, she’s exhausted..she’s going to bed. Well Sammi, we hope that your bed pays your bills and helps you achieve that fashion line that your manager spoke to us about. McFadden’s Chicago is still partying hard with or without her!”
Ouch! Doesn’t sound like she’ll be invited back! Maybe these Jersey Shore kids will start getting their ass into gear… but probably not.
