Jillian Harris and her fiance Ed Swiderski introduce each other’s parents for the first time!

Mr. Short Shorts must’ve been shaking in his boots prior to the meeting considering there had to have been a time when Jillian’s dad wanted to whoop his ass!

The Bachelorette couple dined with their parentals at Elate Restaurant at the Hotel Felix Saturday night and indulged in a sampling of Chef Randal Jacob’s small plates including: market fresh oysters, fried dough, slow baked salmon and short ribs. They continued to stuff their faces with dessert, ordering one of everything on the menu, like multiple chocolate cakes and butterfinger desserts!

Luckily, for Ed, it was a drama-free love-fest!

“Very upbeat vibe - everyone was getting along. Lots of
hugs, and laughter,” a source close to The Boots Girls described of the family affair.

Phew! We feared that Papa Harris would’ve left Mr. Short Shorts with a black eye!

Don’t worry, Ed. We have extra make-up on hand if you need it in the future! And you thought The Boots Girls didn’t have your back!

Instead of pounding O-Bomb shots, Jillian Harris and her fiance Ed Swiderski spent their weekend with some furry friends!

The Bachelorette couple attended PAWS Chicago Fur Ball (AKA a pet-friendly black tie gala) at The Drake Hotel Friday night and were accompanied by two fabulous bitches!

Since Ed has yet to buy Jillian her own little fur-ball, they had to borrow two dogs from their building for the event! Ed’s bad-ass friend is Bosley, a 14-month-old Swiss Mountain dog and Duke, who’s mommy is Marissa, can be spotted in Jilly’s bag.

The couple certainly do know how to please their furry friends! Bosley’s momma said Jillian and Ed treated him to a pedi and even bought him a new bow-tie!

Over the weekend, Jillian Harris and Mr. Short Shorts Ed Swiderski got their drink on at Lumen nightclub, where Harris showed off her superb balancing skills!

Now we’re not saying she had a few too many cocktails and was still able to stand up straight…

The Bachelorette star and her fiance hit up Lumen with some friends after the DIFFA show at the Merchandise Mart, where Harris was one of the featured interior designers.

Harris — who’s always ready to make an LOL — did just that by balancing her Belvedere vodka and soda on her head to see if her posture was perfect!

The couple partied at Lumen for awhile and were overheard talking about karaoking at Ed’s swanky pad the night before! Cocktails and karaoke? Sounds like The Boots Girls and Jillian and Ed need to do a SUNDAY FUNDAY at Stanley’s!

Are Jillian and Ed referring to their relationship when they say they’re messy but not dirty?

Surprisingly, the couple we LOVE to HATE isn’t! That’s just how they describe their living situation!

“We are actually pretty good roommates. It works pretty well. We’re both sort of messy but not dirty. Like, we just throw things wherever they land and then he picks up sometimes and I pick up sometimes,” Jillian said on moving in with her man.

Bubbly Jillian and short shorts Ed (sans his short shorts) walked the pink carpet Wednesday evening at Victoria Secret’s VIP Grand Opening Party on Michigan Avenue! Though we’ve often refused to believe their love for one another, these two definitely had their flirt on!

Prior to the party, The Boots Girls got the chance to chat with Jillian and Ed about the negative press they’ve received and upon meeting us, the couple instantly recognized us for our often critical but witty stories…

“You guys have not been easy on us!” she said with a laugh.

Jillian, who proved to be just so down-to-earth and classy answered the question with such poise and understanding.

“Well just because we were normal people just like you, like six months ago, it definitely is tough dealing with the negative press, especially the stuff that isn’t quite accurate,” Jillian explained.

“Eventually you just learn to laugh about it and we’re just trying to move on and be real people again. So, you just have to define normal again and just sort of laugh at it and just know that the people who know you love you,” she added.

While it may be hard hearing people talk shit about you weekly, Jillian understands it’s just people doing their jobs and that she shouldn’t really take the negative bullshit to heart.

“Also I think what I’ve realized is that press sometimes that’s their job to make people read it, and to make people laugh, and make people judge. That’s their job, just like my job would be designing restaurants,” she explained. “It is what it is kind of thing,” she continued.

The Canadian made the big move to Chicago only a month ago and is already falling in love with the beautiful city!

“Oh I love it! I mean everybody is so friendly! I love Canada and it was really hard for me to leave Canada but people here are so warm and I’ve made tons of friends!”

Girl’s going to fit in perfectly here because she proved to be just that at last night’s party!

Ed, the Chi-Town native, can’t even receive the kind of love Jillian does here!

Ed, who kept mum throughout the entire interview, finally broke his silence and chimed in to say, “She’s got more friends than I do!”

Is Mr. Short Shorts a tad jealous?!

Jillian is quickly adjusting to her new home and keeping busy with work and getting situated in Ed’s swanky Chicago pad.

“I’m consulting with a design firm here called the Dobbins Group. They do architecture and interior design, and hopefully I’ll get into restaurant design here,” Jillian said on her current projects.

“Just getting my VISA all done and I’m keeping busy with…” she continued. “And the Mastercard… ohhhh!” Ed joked! Wow, did he just make an LOL?! He must be learning from the best… us Boots Girls of course!

Though they claim to be perfect roomies, our girl Jillian must be taking over a bit too much room in Ed’s closest! Maybe it’s time to donate some of those shorts to the Salvation Army? Or better yet… put those bitches on EBay!

“We’re looking for a bigger place now, but for now it’s doing the job,” Ed told us.

After the par-tay The Boots Girls dined with Ed and Jillian at Sunda. It wasn’t till a few too many O-bombs at The Kerryman when Ed may have won us over. Though they proved to be pretty cool people we want Ed to know that we’ll be keeping a close eye on him… so keep those screw-ups to a minimum!

Harris hit up Chicago hotspot HUB51 Tuesday night with three of her girlfriends for a mid-week girls night out… or shall we say gossip hour? The girls got their chat on while sipping on wine and enjoying HUB51 faves including Ahi Tuna Poke and Guacamole and Brussel Spouts Salad.

Get this… Jillian was overheard joking about The Bachelorette and how she’s tired of the bad press surrounding her and her cheating douche bag fiancé Ed Swiderski, says Boots Girl sources. Between getting her wine on and bitching about bad press, Harris also made a point to gush to her friends about how she and Ed are happily engaged.

After two hours, the girls left HUB51 and according to sources, they were lovely and nice to those around them.

We’re certainly not putting our money on this one, but friends of Ed Swiderski and Jillian Harris are claiming The Bachelorette beauty has changed her fiancé for the better.

Ever since the bubbly Canadian has moved into Ed’s downtown pad, to live in sin, he’s become a friendlier neighbor, sources tell The Boots Girls.

“He’s warmed up to all of the neighbors in his building,” according to a source. “He is more friendly now.”

It looks like Ed may have picked up on Jillian’s neighborly ways, because sources say she is over-the-top friendly with her new neighbors. So friendly that she’s even agreed to watch a few different dogs who reside in the building while their owners are out of town.

“She talks to everyone and even agreed to watch some dogs for people,” a source said. “She is a huge dog lover.”

Not only do the neighbors love Jillian, but spies say Ed genuinely seems to be in love with her. They’re often spotted smooching and holding hands even when they think they are alone.

“Their relationship appears genuine,” a friend says.

Hm, The Boots Girls aren’t holding our breath on this one. Other eyewitnesses who saw the couple out on Oct. 8 had a different story to tell.

Ed and Jillian met a couple friends out at Chicago’s LuxBar for drinks and appetizers, and they didn’t necessarily paint the picture of a couple head over heels in love.

“Ed didn’t seem into Jillian at all,” an eyewitness said. “They weren’t affectionate and Ed seemed to ignore her.”

We hate to be so cynical about a dude who rocks the short shorts, but you know what they say ladies, you can’t change a man! And once a cheat, always a cheat!

Though former Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas wishes the best for new couple Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski, she’s not afraid to admit that the odds aren’t in their favor.

Pappas apparently has a bit more common sense than Harris because she wasn’t at all surprised by the reports.

“I wasn’t an Ed fan while [Jillian] was filming the show,” she told Us.

“I think some people go on the shows with different intentions and maybe they are not open in the beginning what their intentions are,” she added, without elaborating. “So in the end, you get duped.”

On Thursday, Jillian Harris and her man, Ed Swiderski were seen hitting up the bars in downtown Chicago after attending a charity event.

Previously this week, Jillian made her official move to the Windy City, as several Boots Girl sources spotted her moving into Ed’s pad.

However, it was Thursday night the two arrived at Enclave around eleven, staying till the bar closed down at 2 a.m. As always the two were very cuddley, holding hands all night and only talking to each other.

Throughout the night, they sipped on Dom Perignon and a selection of Grey Goose cocktails. Onlookers said they appeared very “lovey dovey” and apparently shot down perceptions that Ed was interested in any other ladies.

Oh come on, the guy has clearly mastered the art of faking!

One clubgoer went as far as to say, “they’re a beautiful couple and looked smitten throughout the night. It was hard not to smile when anyone saw them!”

To us it still seems like an act. But maybe we’re wrong! Truthfully though, any girl getting involved with a loser scumbag should remember, once a cheater, always a cheater! Try and prove us wrong Ed…

Bachelorette Jillian Harris made an appearance at the first day of NYC’s fashion week sans fiance Ed Swiderski!

Did she fly solo? Not so much…

Screw Ed! She used former Bachelorette contestant hottie Mike Steinberg as her arm candy! We wonder what Ed had to say about that…

“Ed was supposed to be here today, but then he couldn’t book his flight,” Harris told E! News. “Ed and he have been really good friends since the show. So Ed’s like, ‘You know what, why don’t you have Steinberg sit in for me? That’ll make some great news.’”

Harris insisted things were fine between her an Ed despite his absence. Yeah, that’s what SHE thinks. He’s probably off banging some other girl, as usual!

“We want to try to live a normal life and get to the point where we live together and start to come together and then start planning,” she said about their future wedding.

On Sunday night, The Bachelorette’s Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski wined and dined at Wicker Park’s Boundary.

A source tells The Boots Girls that the two were “very coupley” saying while they didn’t kiss, “he had his arm around her and were cuddling the whole night”.

The two stuck around for about four hours having dinner and a few drinks while watching the Bears game with a bunch of friends. The source also mentioned that they looked like they were having a great time and she got along really well with his friends.

Yea, they “looked like” they were having a good time. Either Jillian is really good at faking a happy relationship or she’s just the stupidest girl alive. The cameras are off honey, you can give up on your false sense of love cuz no one’s buying it!

Oh the source also told us that Jillian is ridiculously short. Congrats Ed, you got yourself a spinner!
