Chicago hotspot HUB51 turned into an LOL factory this weekend!

The River North restaurant proved to be the hottest place to brunch in the Windy City after attracting some of the biggest names in comedy Sunday to celebrate the success of Second City’s historic 50th anniversary show on Saturday night.

The funny guys and girls munched on HUB’s signature buttermilk pancakes, Brioche French toast, brown sugar bacon, sushi, “Martha’s famous carrot cake” and toasted River North mimosas.

The who’s who list included: Martin Short, Eugene Levy, Jeff Garlin (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Dave Thomas, Richard Kind, Fred Willard, Scott Adsit (30 Rock), Tim Kazurinsky, Dan Castellaneta (Homer Simpson), Catherine O’Hara, Larry Hankin, Andrea Martin, Joe Flaherty, Jen Candy (John Candy’s daughter), Kate Flannery (The Office) and Brad Morris (currently on the main stage at Second City).
