Madonna At Her Worst
The only reason I knew this was Madonna when I first looked at the picture is because I recognized Lourdes. I had to do a double take! Why does Madonna look like a dirty trucker???
Seriously, she should not be going out in public like this!

She certainly has looked better in her life.
Not only does she look like skin and bones - she looks really unhappy
