Lindsay Lohan moves fast! Just days after making out with Jessica Alba’s hubby Cash Warren, the coke head has already put the moves on another man in Hollywood!

On Friday, LiLo partied with How I Met Your Mother star Jason Segel in West Hollywood and kept the party going all night long back at his place!

The on- again off-again girlfriend of Samantha Ronson was photographed leaving Segel’s home the next morning wearing HIS shirt and carrying the Dracula puppet from his 2008 comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall under her arm!

When Usmagazine.com asked Segel on Sunday at the Cracked Xmas 12 Gala event in Los Angeles about his rendezvous with Miss Lohan, he laughed.

“Oh, man, no…” he said as he walked away.

LiLo is clearly craving some peen or just trying to make SamRo jealous!
