On the night of Nov. 19, Hollywood hot spot, Villa, was lacking it’s usual celebrity crowd. This may be why Lindsay Lohan and Cash Warren were immediately drawn towards each other.

Cash was out that night, partying the night away, sans wife, Jessica Alba. Unfortunately, a source tells Us Weekly, “when he goes out with friends, he gets into trouble.”

And so it appears. As soon as Lindsay and Cash found each other at Villa, the two “ignored friends and just chatted.” Trouble really starting brewing just a half an hour later when “Lindsay and Cash started making out,” an onlooker tells Us.

“Lip on tongue,” the eyewitness continues. “It was raw. They were not shy!”

Another onlooker exclaimed, “It was a shock to see the two of them kiss, but it was real.”

Lindsay snapped back saying the rumor is “absurd. He is married. I wouldn’t dare kiss him.”

However, friends of both parties insist otherwise. Pals of Cash and Jess were already worried about their marriage, saying, “Jessica is not as into Cash as she used to be.”

And from the LiLo side, a friend admits that Lindsay “becomes easily attached to everyone she meets and gets close to.” Adds another, “she’s falling for [Cash].”

Lindsay! Quit being such a skanky little homewrecker!
