Celine Dion Is No Longer Expecting!
It also appears that she never actually had a bun in the oven to begin with!
Despite reports this summer claiming that Dion had become pregnant for the second time, she was never pregnant and it was a misdiagnosis, Usmagazine.com has learned.
Dion’s husband, Rene Angelil, confirmed to Canadian newspaper Journal de Montreal that the latest in vitro fertilization treatment she underwent in October turned out to be a bust!
“We’re living the reality of the majority of couples who face these procreation techniques,” he told the paper.
Dion and Angelil have an 8-year-old son, Rene-Charles, who was conceived by in vitro fertilization after six years of trying. After wrapping up her concerts in Las Vegas in 2007, Dion had babies on the mind and consulted her doctor in New York City about trying to conceive again.
“We’d love to extend the family,” Dion said on CBS’ The Early Show last December.
While this is very sad news, maybe it’s a sign that Rene’s too old to take on more kids?
