MJ’s Public Memorial!

After many rumors, it’s finally been confirmed that there will be a public memorial for Michael Jackson!
Fans of the King of Pop will get the chance to say goodbye to Jackson at a public memorial service to be held at LA’s Staples Center on Tuesday, July 7, according to Usmagazine.com.
We can only imagine what the turn out will be! Fans are expected to travel from around the world to say their last goodbyes to the music icon.
11,000 tickets will be available to the general public and all tickets will be free of charge.
Rumors surfaced earlier this week speculating that fans would have to pay $25 to attend the service. Ridiculous! Trying to make money off of someone’s life?!
We’re glad someone came to their senses and opted for this route instead!

I couldn’t believe it when I read yesterday that people would have to pay $25 to attend. I certainly hope they were planning on donating that money to charity and not Joe Jackson’s pocket!

I’m surprised this isn’t being televised…

I heard they’re gonna be selling MJ t-shirts outside the venue? Sounds more like a concert to me.

This is absolutely absurd! I feel like they have made everything out of MJ’s life a spectacle… and now making money of his death? SICK.
