Heather Locklear is not engaged to former Melrose Place costar, Jack Wagner!

The couple were spotted at JFK airport in New York City last week when engagement rumors started after noticing a diamond ring on Locklear’s ring ringer.

It’s crazy that people are just now speculating about this because she’s been flashing the rock since at least September 2008.

“She is not engaged,” a rep for Locklear told Usmagazine.com.

Although the two have been dating since 2007, shortly after she finalized her divorce with Richie Sambora, they’re not set to wed anytime soon.

Or maybe they’re just keeping it hush-hush like most celebs tend to do!
