Hugh Hefner can’t tell his girlfriends apart!

The Playboy mogul admits it’s tough dating twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon because they look so much alike.

“”I have one little trick, one has a little mark [on her neck],” Hef told Fox News at a recent Playmate of the Year party. “Other than that, I don’t know.”

It’s alright, Hef! You’re 83 years old, we’re not judging you!

Hef and the girls are gearing up for the wedding of pregnant ex-girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett, taking place at the mansion on June 27.

Hef seems happy about Wilkinson’s pregnancy and hopes her little bundle of joy will become a familiar face at the mansion.

“I’m sure the the baby will end up at the mansion. We do have [lots of little bunnies],” he said. “We have a lot of friends and second generation Playmates, so there are a lot of kids around the mansion these days.”
