Keifer Sutherland arrived at the 1st Precinct Station in Manhattan this afternoon to turn himself in for head-butting designer Jack McCollough.

You know, the more we think about this - this is ridiculous! What pussy dude files assault charges against someone who head-butts them! I mean, really???

He’s clearly never been to a rock concert!
