Here’s a recap of Mel Gibson’s life in the past week or so…
- Wife files for divorce after 28 years. Check.
- Mel hides away in Costa Rica with new girlfriend as news hits the press. Check.
- Mel goes to church immediately after for damage control. Check.
Oh Mel PUH-LEASE spare us! You pulled this same sh*t after your train wreck DUI debacle! We’re so over celebrities fake going to church, fake meeting with Rev. Jesse Jackson types, fake wearing Kabbalah bracelets and faking going to rehab and what not just to keep their public image intact for their careers.
We used to be fans of Mel, but it’s becoming more and more clear to us he’s no passion of the Christ. Shame!

That’s not fair. Mel Gibson goes to church EVERY weekend, but it usually isn’t “news.” And last week (after being spotted at church for Palm Sunday / Good Friday / Easter) Gibson went to Costa Rica with his sister and some of his children. His girlfriend was not with them. The photographic evidence is at Extratv.com.

This is not a PR move. Mel is very religous. Didn’t you pay attention to his interviews when he promoted Passion of the Christ? He’s very Catholic but at the same time very hypocritical. He built/owns a church right next to his home.
