We reported yesterday that A-Rod is ditching his soon-to-be ex-wife, Cynthia, and their kids to be with good old Madonna and her kids on Thanksgiving. However, the NY Yankee at least had the decency to spend time with his wife and kids last night in Miami.

The family in turmoil went to dinner at Houston’s last night for what we can only imagine was a ridiculously awkward meal. However, A-Rod was sure to put on the happy face and kiss his baby girl for the cameras.

Cynthia on the other hand, didn’t seemed quite as capable of putting on a brave face. After all, she did just call her player husband a “6 foot-3, 220-pound soul-less, soon-to-be ex-husband [who] is abandoning his kids on Thanksgiving to be with Madonna”.

We give her major props for sucking it up and hanging with the soul-less loser for the sake of their children!
