Although Kevin Federline’s baby mama, Shar Jackson recently reported that he didn’t care about being fat, the dancer turned rapper is ready to do something about his recent weight gain.
He’s joining Celebrity Fit Club!
K-Fed has officially signed on to participate in the next season of the VH1 reality show, the network confirms to Usmagazine.com.
Additionally, he will be joined on the show with Miss Jackson!
Filming for the new season is underway and expected to air in early 2010.
How ironic that just this week Shar had said, “the beautiful thing about him is that he could care less,” about his bulging belly.
Kevin Federline went from K-Fed to K-FAT in what seems like no time!
However, his ex, Shar Jackson claims, “he doesn’t care! The beautiful thing about him is that he could care less,” she tells Usmagazine.com
In fact, even with his sudden weight gain, Shar says K-Fed is doing “good.”
Right now, Kevin is hitting the road with his ex, Britney Spears watching their boys while she continues her Circus tour. Even while on tour though, Shar says he still makes time to call the children he has with her.
“He calls them all the time,” she exclaims. “They have good long phone conversations. I’m like, ‘Ok, that’s good. Hang up the phone ’cause we have stuff to do.’”
Well we feel a little bad for talking so much s*** about his massive weight gain, because it’s clear he has his priorities straight. Family over fitness. We guess If you’re ok with being K-Fat, then so are we!
The Boots Girls are hearing that Shar Jackson is expecting a baby with boyfriend Kris Black.
We caught up with Jackson and Black at a benefit for Shar’s charity, Sweet Dreams Foundation, Thursday night at Stanley’s in Sherman Oaks, Calif., – and even though they wouldn’t confirm pregnancy rumors, we’re hearing they indeed are expecting a little bundle of joy.
Black and Jackson, who met while filming the slasher flick, The House That Jack Built, talked with The Boots Girls about their film and raising Shar’s four children, two who are with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
”It’s a crazy world to raise children in, but when you open up a magazine and they are splashed across the pages it makes me a little more protective,” Shar told us. ”I’m more paranoid now than I was before I was thrown into the public eye. I didn’t ask for paparazzi to follow me or wait outside the hospital while I’m giving birth.”
Shar went on to give Federline props for being a dad who puts his kids first.
Kevin have always seen acting as a job and puts family first,” Shar said. ”It’s just hard to deal with the situation when I didn’t want to be a part of it. I sort of got thrown into it by association. I’m dealing with it though.”
Black co-wrote, produced and stars in The House That Jack Built, which is slated to debut on Halloween.
It’s a psychological thriller that gets into the minds of a family
and why they do the things they do,” Black said. ”I play Jack, the main character and you’ll see many different sides of him.”
Black also emphasized with a coy smile that his relationship with Jackson is “really good” right now.
”Things with Shar and I are good…real good,” Black said with a smile. ”Shar has been through some awful experiences with the media and I just try to learn from that and what she has gained from a bad situation.”
If the rumors are true – congrats to the happy couple!

Federline has definitely stepped up as the better parent since one of his babies’ mamas, Britney Spears, has gone mad, but father of the year? Let’s not forget that this is the same guy who lied to and ditched his pregnant girlfriend Shar Jackson to frolic around in Europe with Spears during her last major concert tour.
Boots Girl Marisa Sullivan covered the Little Black Dress pre-Oscar party benefitting The Clothes Off Our Back Foundation at Opera Thursday night in Los Angeles.
One of her first encounters was with none other than Borat star Ken Davitian!
Boots Girls Oscar weekend flashback: The Boots Girls ran into Davitian all over Hollywood last year as we then reported for Oscar weekend and low and behold here he is again stealing a kiss from Marisa! The Boots Girls are beginning to think the naked guy from Borat is our destiny! He haunts us in our dreams and in real life!
One of our favorites, Shar Jackson, strolled the red-carpet for the event. Jackson jokingly kept saying, “I’m waiting for the question, I’m waiting for the question” as a tabloid reporter waited until the very end of the interview to ask the obvious Britney Spears question.
Jackson replied: “I don’t know anything, I just wish her the best and hope that she stays safe!”
Finally, Sullivan also struck a pose with Garcelle Beauvais and Jamie Pressly who we have nicknamed Goldie Spawn. Hee , hee! We were shocked that Pressly didn’t mention Goldie Hawn Thursday night, because the last time The Boots Girls interviewed Pressly she wouldn’t shut up about her obsession for Hawn.
We never thought we’d hear this, but Melora Hardin said she’s “excited to go back to The Office“. Only because it involves NBC’s hit show. Hardin, who plays Jan, said the cast will be back to work in a week and a half to start filming. Woo hoo!
The EXES reunite! Sullivan is not only America’s Most Smartest Model star Jeff Pickel’s (a.k.a. Sleazy) ex, she’s also his former college sweetheart from the University of Iowa! They reunited for the first time in almost a year on the red-carpet Thursday and we couldn’t help but notice that it looks like some of those old sparks may have been flying.

Jackson came onto the project replacing Tamera Mowry who had a last minute conflict. When the production company went back to Jackson for the part she showed up the day before her first scene was scheduled to shoot to read the script and showed up the next day, lines memorized, arriving early and totally prepared. This girl is intense!
The director of the movie, Bruce Reisman, tells the Boots Girls exclusively that Shar and Kris are “growing closer romantically” and “are crazy about each other.” Reisman goes on to gush about Jackson saying, “Shar is a great lady, a serious actress, and most important, an amazing mother.” The Boots Girls caught up with Jackson at the Sundance Film Festival and we totally agree.
Kris Black was recently named “One of the Top 25 Young Renaissance Men of 2007″. The photo that appears in Los Angeles Magazine was taken in Black’s studio in front of a few of his paintings. Hot AND artsy!
Our favorite new couple Kris Black and Shar Jackson spent some quality time together over the weekend. The sweet twosome was snapped canoodling at a Super Bowl party in Arizona.
