It looks like Gwyneth Paltrow is no longer the apple of Chris Martin’s eye!
The Coldplay frontman was busted in a “hot make-out session” with Paltrow’s BFF Kate Bosworth, according to Star magazine.
“I couldn’t believe my eyes,” an eyewitness told the rag. “There was Chris totally making out with Kate in front of other people. At first I thought it might be Gwyneth, but when she came up for air, it was clear the woman was Kate!”
More details to come in the Nov. 16 issue of Star. We are always skeptical of the accuracy of their stories, but if this one turns out to be true it won’t surprise us. We hear Gwynnie is a real stick in the mud — so this was bound to happen eventually!
On Saturday at Spike TV’s Scream Awards Kate Bosworth looked awfully comfortable next to True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard.
Backstage, the two were “very affectionate, holding hands as Alexander played with Kate’s hair while they chatted with friends in the green room,” reports RadarOnline. “Kate and Alexander hugged a few times and were often spotted whispering to each other.” She even “playfully slapped him on his butt a few times,” states the site.
Following the event, the duo was spotted together in West Hollywood at Chateau Marmont.
This potential couple is set to star together in the remake of Sam Peckinpah’s thriller Straw Dogs which according to Kate, is where they first met.
Looks like Kate snagged herself a vampire… we hear they’re all the rage this season.

Kate Bosworth gave an exclusive interview to Marie Claire for their April issue. Her friends and colleagues also gave a few quotes and here are the highlights:
KATE ON LOVE: “Orlando [Bloom] and I were both in the public eye. So this relationship [with model James Rousseau] has been a little easier that way. And I feel like I’m in a different stage of my life, to be honest. With Orlando, we were younger.”
KATE ON HER UPBRINGING: “I’m an only child, and I think I was raised as a tomboy in a certain sense. My father was outside playing sports with me all the time. One of the first things he did was teach me how to throw. Whenever you see someone blonde, people immediately think she was a cheerleader or a sorority sister or something. And I was never that type.”
CO-STAR JOSH GAD ON KATE’S DOWNTIME WHILE MAKING 21: “Kate Bosworth can drink anyone under the table. Get a couple in her, and she’s definitely a very fun and crazy girl. We went out to a pub on St. Patrick’s Day. Not only did she pick the place, but she picked the rowdiest place, where everybody and their mother came. And it’s like, ‘OK, she’s one of us! Let’s get sh*t-faced!’ But Kate is always one step ahead of you. She had a blast, and everybody was just enamored of the fact that there’s a superstar singing and dancing and going nuts. But she was also the first one to be like, ‘OK, I’m out of here.”
21 PRODUCER DANA BRUNETTI ON KATE’S PRACTICAL JOKES: “I was at lunch. And some of the makeup artists, her mother, and she were at the table across from us. They kept screwing around - whispering to each other, looking at me. I knew they were trying to f*ck with me. Then Kate came over and was leaning over my table. I really wasn’t paying attention to her. And she kept saying, ‘Dana look, Dana look, Dana, hey Dana.’ So I turned around, and I’m like, ‘What?’ And she’s like, ‘Look.’ Her nipple was sticking out her shirt right in my face.”
